How many "favorites" do you have?
『お気に入り』を幾つお持ちですか？

Bar Higuchiの営業中、お客様からよくこんなご意見をいただきます。
「たくさんあり過ぎて選べないよ！」と。
無論、ウイスキーやカクテルのアイテム数のことです。

何においてもバリエーションが多くあるほど嬉しくなる私としてはやや心外なご意見ながら、むべなるかな、です。
しかし、たくさんの選択肢の中から自身の直感や気分、そのスペック(レシピ)やバーテンダーとのやり取りにより、自分の「今」を絞っていくのもBarの愉しみの一つなのですが、人それぞれですから問題はありません。

そこで、是非ご提案したいのが『お気に入り』を見つけるという視点。
その場限りの、何となくの好き・嫌いだけでも十分楽しめますが、「自分の人生でベスト3に入る〜」や「今年試した中でベストの〜」「私史上かつて無い〜」がある生活は、きっと愉しいはず！
新しいものに触れると、自分の好みや置かれた状況を俯瞰的に見れたりもしてオススメです。

However, it is one of the pleasures of Bar that you can narrow down your "now" by choosing your own intuition and mood, its specifications (recipe) and interaction with bartenders from among many options. So there is no problem.

Therefore, the point that I would like to propose is to find "favorites".
You can enjoy it for a while as you like, even if you just like it or dislike it, but if you have a life where you're in the best 3 of your life~, the best I've tried this year~, and I've never been-- I'm sure it will be fun!
It is recommended that you can get a bird's eye view of your tastes and situations when you touch new things.

ところで本日、待ちに待ったボトルが届きました！
実は数ヶ月前にコッソリ試飲させていただき大変感動した原酒でしたが、同程度のスペックのボトルの価格状況をみて、ウイスキートークからのリリースは諦めていたリトルミル。
高価格であるのは確かですが、心が揺さぶられるプレシャスなボトル！
お気に入りがまた一つ増えました。

It's certainly a high price, but a precious bottle that will move you!
