～言葉の魔術師～

みなさん、こんばんは！
今回は前日本代表監督のハビエル・アギーレ監督の本に関して、書きたいと思います。
今、現在フットボールの世界では最先端の戦術や分析などが多く取り上げられています。フットボールの進化によって、それにまつわる色々な力が本領を発揮していると思います。
もちろん、ハビエル・アギーレ監督はメキシコから始まり、世界のトップチームでの指揮をとってきた監督で、色々な戦術を使いこなす監督だと思います。ただ、この監督の本当のすごいところは、言葉を巧みに使いこなすところだと思います。言葉というと言語だと思われるかもしれませんが、そうではなく選手に対してのコミュニケーション能力といったところです。選手の心理面の状況に合わせて、話の内容を変えたり、きつくいうところはしっかり伝えたりと。とにかく、場の雰囲気を作りだす天才だと思います。
一番複雑といわれるフットボールというスポーツ。試合中、トレーニング中に動いている選手達を導きたい方向へどう引っ張っていくか。言葉を操る力はとても大事になってくると改めて感じました。
Hay muchos tipos de entrenadores en el mundo de fútbol. Actualmente, táctico,analisis etc. Se han desarollado muchas cosas para poder subir el nivel del fútbol. Pero quizás el poder y la fuerza que tiene la capacidad de comunicar y crear ambiente es unos de las cosas más importante y no todos los entrenadores tienen.
I think theres a lot of types of trainers in this world if football. But the most important thing that not all those trainers have is to be capable to communicate with the players and make a good atmosphere.
