私達はウクライナの人達に何ができるか
こんにちは。デイナです。
私は英語の発信をしていますが、その理由の一つとしては、英語を学ぶと、より多くの世界問題・状況に関するニュースが理解でき、世界的に活躍できるからです。

As we all know, Ukraine is facing a mass invasion by the Russian government and military.
Although we currently live in a selfish world, I sincerely hope that you all care about this issue.
ご存じの通り、ロシアの政府・軍隊はウクライナに侵入しました。
今は自分勝手な世の中かもしれないが、この問題に少しでも関心を持っていることを心から願っています。
This is why exposure to foreign languages and cultures is important - if you’ve studied abroad or have Ukrainian or European friends, I’m sure you’ve heard about their concerns by now.
これだから外国語の勉強や、異文化理解が重要なのです。留学した方や、ウクライナ人・ヨーロッパ人の友達がいる方にとっては、より身近な問題でしょう。
Even if you are not directly affected by this issue, as a global citizen, you are obligated to do what you can to contribute to world peace.
In this day and age, paying attention to local and national issues is not enough - it is imperative that we care about global issues.
As is stated in Article 5 of NATO’s Washington Treaty, “an attack on one is an attack on all.” Allies stand up for one another.
直接この危機に影響されていなくても、グローバルシチズン（世界市民）として、私達は世界平和の為にできることをする義務があります。
現代、ローカルや国内ニュースだけでなく、世界問題にも目を向ける必要があります。
NATO (北大西洋条約機構)の第５条では、「NATO加盟国に対する攻撃は全加盟国に対する攻撃とみなす」と書かれています。連合国はお互いを助け合うのです。
The least we can do at the individual level is to donate to the cause or participate in peaceful demonstrations.
