Future of my note

I have  been rethinking how I will continue this note. My thoughts finally came to a major image of my articles. English essays will be my main articles. However, I feel I need to write in Japanese. In order to organize my thoughts to write an essay, Japanese is also important for me. Moreover, it will be easier for readers to select from English or Japanese to read my articles. Of course, you can read in both languages.

There are some reasons why I want to use English. Using English in writing will assist me to improve my English skills. Moreover, I felt I wanted some reading materials whenever I studied. So, news and books were my main sources. It's interesting to read them, but I thought I wanted something different. It's like reading Japanese articles here on note. There are many English learners here, but English articles are not as many as Japanese ones. It may be better to use other social media if I want to read more English articles. I'm not willing to search for a new source now. It takes time for me to search from the very beginning. 

So, here are some ideas how I would like to organize my note.

Things I will do to organize my note:

1. Edit my profile and introduction 

2. Create my sitemap

3. Write articles using English and Japanese, both paid articles and free articles 

Content of my articles:

1. Based on my daily life and thoughts

2. Use Eigo-techo to assist my thoughts and my English studies

3. Write articles to look back through my English studies 

4. Write what I like, such as hobbies

I would like to use both English and Japanese for my articles. If the article itself may be long, I will divide it into two articles. Or, I could just write one article like I'm doing now. It may depend on what I write from now on.

今後のnote

どんな風にnoteを続けたいか、最近悩み過ぎていました。考えすぎる性格をどうにかしたいと思いつつ、ようやく大きなテーマを見つけた気がします。結局、私が書きたいことって、英語を使って書くことなんです。でも、日本語で表現することも、自分の考えや想いをまとめるには必要です。両言語を併用しつつ、書いていきたいと思います。また、読み手にとっても、日本語の方が読みやすいのは確かです。noteで英語記事がどこまで読まれるか、よくわからないのが正直なところです。

それでも、英語記事を書きたいと思う理由があります。私自身の英語力の向上も、目標です。日頃、英語を読みたいと思った時に、ニュースや本を読んでいますが、もっと気楽に読めるものがあったら良いなと思うのです。そう、noteの日本語記事のように。長すぎず、短すぎず、興味のあることを読むこと。英語記事を探すには、他のSNSの方が、良いかもしれませんが、私はこのnoteという場所が気に入っています。他のクリエイターさんの記事を読むのが面白いし、楽しいのです。それで、自分なりに表現できる方法で、書き続けたいと思いました。

今後のやりたいこと:

1. プロフィール、自己紹介の編集

2. サイトマップを作ってみる（今できる範囲で）

3. 英語、日本語どちらでも記事を書くこと（有料、無料）

記事のテーマ:

1. 私の日常や日頃の考えなど

2. 英語手帳を使って記事を書くこと、学習継続

3. 英語学習の振り返り

4. 趣味などの好きなことを書くこと

英語と日本語の両方を使って記事を書いていきたいです。記事が長くなりそうなら、言語ごとに分けることも考えていきたいと思います。一つの記事に、どちらも混在していると、書こうとしてる私自身が混乱することがありました（笑）書き出していて、訳がわからなくなって、先日書いた記事も公開するまで、時間がかかってしまいました。書き手が混乱するなら、読み手にとっても、読みにくいですよね。

二つの言語を使うからこそ、見やすさ、読みやすさも意識しながら、書いていきます。
