万生集（生きる目的・理由・コツ）43 ～Manseishu／collection of meaning and knack of life～

人生とは幸福への努力であるとトルストイはいっている。仕事と人生は切っても切れない関係にある。仕事を通じて成長と進歩があり、仕事は人生と直結しているということ。仕事を通じて人は成長し、成長した人はまず世のため人のために報いていく。金は二の次。それが人生であり、この世に生まれて出てくる第一の意味である。

Tolstoy says that life is happiness efforts. Work is always relationship with life. There are growth and progress through work. Work is connected directly with life. People grow through work and people have grown reward for the world and people. Money is of secondary. It should be life and the first meaning to be born in this world.
