7曲目「Iconic」。

アイコニック、アイコンの語源は「イコン絵画」なんかのiconですね。世界史の教科書に出てきたよね、モザイクで描かれたキリストの肖像。え、憶えてない？

イコンとは、イエス・キリスト、聖人、天使、聖書における重要出来事やたとえ話、教会史上の出来事を画いた画像である。

イコン=宗教画ということで、「iconic（象徴的な存在）」には、崇拝の対象という意味も含んでいるような気がします。

例えばアスリートや格闘家のような人たちをモティーフに書かれた、強い闘志を感じさせる曲。彼らのような人たちはまさにiconic。

または、SPの「バンドとしてのぼり詰めてやる！」っていう意志の現れかもしれない。というか、実際にそのようなことを言っているようだし。

自分を奮い立たせたい時に聴くといいかも。元気が出そう。

曲調もかっこいいし、コーラスのとことかライブ盛り上がりそう。やるかな？
