サンドウィッチマスター

サンドウィッチが食べたくなるタイミング、といものが彼女にあるようでございまして（それも、特定のカフェのものが）、そんなときは、てくてくと歩いてそのカフェに向かいます。

オーストラリアのカフェの雰囲気をどことなく思い出すようなカフェのようで、それもそのカフェが好きな要因みたいですが、それにプラスして、サンドウィッチがとても美味しいのだそうでございます。

僕からしますと、彼女がたまにランチに作っておりますサンドウィッチと、具材が同じなので、そこまで変わりはないのではないだろうか、そんなことを思うのですが、「this is the best」と彼女は譲りません。謙遜などではなく、強い敬意を感じる言い方で。

自分のお気に入りの料理等を振り返ってみましても、たしかに、それをいくら真似して作ってみようと思っても、どれだげ足掻こうがそのお気に入りのものを超えることはないので、彼女もそれと同様の感覚を抱いているということなのでしょう。

そんなカフェで彼女のサンドウィッチへの愛を聞いてからというもの、僕はどんなサンドウィッチが好きだろうか、じっくり考えているのですが、出てくるのは、野菜がこれでもかとサンドされ、その中にアクセントとしてチキンの食感がほどよく感じられるもので、それ以外のアイデアは何一つ浮かんできません。

思い描くサンドウィッチを作ってみて、満足するかどうか試してみたいと思います。
もしそれに満足できるならば、頻繁に作っていけば良いでしょうし、満足しなければ、試行錯誤を繰り返しながら、満足に至るまで作り続けていけば良いのでしょう。

彼女のサンドウィッチへの愛と敬意に感化され、サンドウィッチマスターへの道を歩み始めてみることにいたしました。

My girlfriend has a timing when she feels like eating a sandwich and we walk to the particular cafe at that time.

She tole me that cafe reminds her of the atmosphere of Australian cafes and also sandwiches there are very delicious.

I feel there aren’t big difference between sandwiches there and ones she makes because both of them have the same ingredients and appearance, but she appeals ‘’this is the best’’ very strongly. Not humble but respectful.

Looking back on my favourite dishes, I don’t certainly make better ones than them even if I struggle to make similar ones and better ones, and then she feels the same way maybe.

I was thinking what kind of sandwiches I like the best after I touched her love for sandwiches, but the only one sandwich came to my mind was the one which has a big amount of vegetables inside and I can feel the texture of chickens a little bit too.

I will try making this and see how I feel. If I become satisfied with it, I will frequently make it, but if not, I will be able to do try and error till I feel satisfied.

Her love and respect for sandwiches inspired me and I have decided to walk the path to be a master of sandwiches.
