In order to use this application, you must read the entire agreement and agree to its terms.

Article 1 (Suspension of Service)

The provider of this application (hereinafter referred to as “we”) may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this application without prior notice to the user in any of the following cases:

1. In the event that urgent maintenance or inspection work is required on the computer system related to this application.

2. In the event that the operation of this service becomes impossible due to computer, communication line, or other failures, misoperation, excessive concentration of access, unauthorized access, hacking, etc.

3. In the event that the operation of this application becomes impossible due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, wind and water damage, power outages, natural disasters, etc.

4. In any other case where we deem it necessary to suspend or interrupt the service.

We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

Article 2 (Changes and Termination of Service)

We may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notice to the user, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions when using this service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activity.

3. Acts that infringe on the copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the content of this service.

4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our servers or networks, or those of other users or third parties.

5. Commercial use of information obtained through this service.

6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our service.

7. Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.

8. Collecting or storing personal information about other users.

9. Using this service for fraudulent purposes.

10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or to third parties.

11. Impersonating another user.

12. Advertising, solicitation, or business activities on this service without our permission.

13. Acts aimed at meeting with an unfamiliar person of the opposite sex.

14. Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with our service.

15. Any other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)

1. We do not explicitly or implicitly warrant that this service is free from defects in fact or law, including but not limited to defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, or infringement of rights.

2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to this service. However, if the contract between us and the user regarding this service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption clause shall not apply.

3. Even in the case provided for in the proviso to the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any special damages incurred by the user due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in breach of contract or tort (including cases where we or the user could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages). In addition, our liability for damages incurred by the user due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in breach of contract or tort shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the user in the month in which such damages occurred.

4. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may arise between the user and other users or third parties in connection with this service.

Article 5 (Changes to the Terms of Use)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to the user if we deem it necessary. If the user starts using this service after the Terms have been changed, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Notices and Communications)

Notices or communications between the user and us shall be made in the manner prescribed by us. Unless we receive a notice of change from the user in accordance with the method separately prescribed by us, we will assume that the contact information currently registered is valid and will send notices or communications to that contact information, which will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.

Article 8 (Prohibition on Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

The user may not assign their position under the usage contract or their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party, or provide them as collateral, without our prior written consent.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The governing law of these Terms and the Service Usage Agreement shall be Japanese law.

2. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
