退職前の有給休暇

ご無沙汰してます。退職直前の『茶ルマ』です。

今日はタイトル通りですが、現在タイトル通り退職前有給消化中です。

勤めていた会社は基本的に有給消化をする文化が無かったので、休んでいるのになぜか悪いことをしている気がしていまう。これが、企業の思想が染みついてしまっている自分だなと思う。

退職するにあたり、病院に行ったり、部屋を掃除したり、身の回りを整理したりとやることが色々ある。

そして最も大事なことが次の仕事に向けての準備だ。しかし、ここが全然できていない。

まだ、どこかで有給休暇中だからという甘えた思いがあるのかもしれない。

気を引き締めていないと、ただの休みボケしてしまいそうだ。

今からすぐに行動しよう！！

Today is just as the title says, but as the title says, I am currently on pre-retirement paid pay.

Basically, the company I worked for didn't have a culture of using paid money, so I feel like I'm doing something wrong even though I'm on vacation.I think this is me who is imbued with corporate ideas.

When I retire, I have many things to do, such as going to the hospital, cleaning my room, and organizing my surroundings.

And the most important thing is to prepare for the next job.However, it is not here at all.

You may still feel spoiled because you are on paid vacation somewhere.
