#010 メッセージありがとうございました

みなさま、

今日は誕生日祝いのお言葉への御礼をこちらにも。みなさま、メッセージありがとうございました！

40歳は『不惑の年』。

一昨年、幸い僕は自分がやるべきことが見つかり、サラリーマンを辞めて退路はありませんから、大きく惑わずに済みそうです。

さらにこの1年間は多くの方々の応援と後押しのお陰で、惑う間もなく猛スピードで駆け抜けています。

道があれば惑うのでしょうが、、あいにく今回の挑戦は僕の人生で初めて道が全くないので、惑いようがないのもまた事実です。

そして40歳は『前厄』「厄年に次いで慎むべき年」ですから、自らと家族、大切な人達の心身の健康をあらためて”ケア”していきたいと思います。

“ケア”といえば、僕らのケアウィル『carewill』も事業化を始めて早4ヶ月が経ちました（やや強引に話つなげます 笑）

現在、プロジェクトメンバーは業務委託先とパートの皆さん含め23名となり、slackの投稿件数は7,000件を超えました。皆さんの役割を超えた組織への貢献と積極的な協働にただただ感謝です。

コロナ禍にこのような思い切った挑戦ができているのは、東京都と中小企業支援の補助金等のお陰です。これは、小池都知事と、そうだな、、渋沢栄一さんに感謝です。

さて『不惑』とは逆ですが、糸井重里さんは「40歳は、惑う」と仰っています。

40歳は、惑う。 - AERA × ほぼ日

ここで言う「惑う」とは「一度、ゼロになって、ちゃんともがく」という意味で。「そうすれば、先の10年が豊かになるよ」というもの。

そして「趣味でも何でもいいから、簡単には１位を取れないけれどワクワクするものを40歳で持ってみることって、その後の人生を大きく左右すると思う。」とあります。

さて唐突ですが、洋裁を自分でやってみます。ものづくり補助金で購入したミシンで、四十の手習い(六十だっけ) です。これで試作品作ります。

どこ向かってんすかね、僕（笑）

心が赴くままに進もうと思います。結果、みんなを振り回しちゃってすいません。

というわけで、皆さま改めまして温かいメッセージをありがとうございました！皆さまにとっても心身ともに健やかな一年でありますように。

Thank you all for lots of birthday wishes on facebook and via Messemger and LINE.

I became 40 years old. Confucius said “At 40, I threw away my hesitation.” Two years ago, I fortunately found what I should pursue in my life, quit my job, and started my own business, which means now there is no hesitation in my life.

Thanks to lots of people’s support and encouragement, I have run through my life very rapidly so there is no time to hesitate about what to do.

If there is a road before me, I may hesitate about which path I should choose; however, in this challenge, there is no road so I can create a road by myself. This means, there is no need to hesitate about which path I should go.

Moreover, a Japanese ancient tradition says 40 years old is a year before a critical age. So I need to further take CARE of my, my family’s, and my loved ones’ physical and mental health.

Speaking of “CARE,” four months have already passed since our business CAREWILL started towards its formal launch.

Now, the number of project members consisted of business partners and posts on the project slack group reached 23 and more than 7,000 respectively. I appreciate their contribution more than expected and active corporations.

Thanks to supports from Tokyo Metropolitan Government and government grants for SMEs, even during the coronavirus crisis, my company courageously challenge our new business by taking risks. I am really grateful for Tokyo Governor Koike Yuriko and the father of SMEs, Mr. Shibusawa.

By the way, this means what opposite to “hesitation,” Mr. Itoi (Japanese famous copy writer and executive) says, “At 40, you should hesitate.”

However, he what he would like to say is “Let’s threw away your past behavior and thought, and try to rebuild your own way. If so, your next ten years will become unique.” And he says, “If you start a new thing exciting you even that is just a hobby, it will make your life more valuable.”

Surprising news for you is that I decided to start to practice dress-making with a sewing machine purchased by the government’s grants in order to make prototypes of our care-clothings.

I will follow my heart and go forward. For our project members, I am sorry to be so demanding!
