7. Front rollers installation / 前ローラー取り付け
Postscript
The 17mm under roller often interferes with the fence during cornering and slows down. In that case, change to a 13mm roller instead of 17mm, or try removing the under roller.
I often remove the under roller. If you attach a under roller, you only use 13mm. Also, if the 8-9WA is installed and used in reverse, the cornering speed will increase.
追記
17mmアンダーローラーがカーブで干渉して減速する場合が多いです。その時は17mmではなく13mmローラーに変更するか、アンダーローラーを取り外してみてください。
個人的にアンダーローラーを取り外している事が多いですが、もし使う場合は13mmしか使っていませんね〜
Do not use the red hole. It slows down.
赤穴は使わないでください。減速します。
The photo shows a 17mm roller attached to the back of the bumper, but 13mm is recommended because it slows down when cornering.
写真は17mmローラーをバンパー裏に装着していますが、コーナーで減速するので13mm推奨です。
30mm cap screw for main roller. It’s low head processing.
メインローラー用30mmキャップスクリュー。低頭加工がおすすめ。
Usage prohibited. Since it is a single layer of carbon, it will crack.
皿ビス使用不可。カーボン一枚なので割れちゃいます。
is perfect to use the carbon bumper sandwiched between washers.
カーボンバンパーを上下からワッシャーで挟んで使用すると完璧です！

Please look at the front bumper angle at about 0.5 to 2 degrees.
前スラストは0.5〜2度で様子見てください。
Operation example. It is a gimmick that moves crisply with a light input.
作動例。軽い入力でサクサク動かすギミックです。
When the under roller hits when landing, it becomes a positive bumper angle, and when the main roller or upper roller hits, it slides back. The under roller is designed so that it does not touch the ground when cornering.
着地の際にアンダーローラーが当たるとスラストが入り、メインローラーやスタビが当たるとバックスライドします。アンダーローラーはコーナリングでは接地しない設計です。
Postscript
If you attach a 17mm under roller to the 19mm hole, it will come into contact during cornering and slow down significantly. If you want to attach a under roller, 13mm is recommended for a 19mm hole. There is no problem even if you remove it.
追記
19mm穴に17mmアンダーローラーを付けるとコーナリング中に接触して減速します。アンダー付けるなら19mm穴に13mmがおすすめ。別に取り外しても問題ありません。しつこくてすみません笑。
7.5 Front rollers installation extra edition / 前ローラー取り付け 特別編
最新版。カーブが速くて安定感がよくてLCカンタン！
8-9mm double aluminum rollers are attached to the 11mm roller holes. If you attach the 9mm roller to the 11mm roller holes, the BATMAN will interfere with the wall, I'm filling the bumper end a little.
The underroller was installed using the "30mm countersunk cap screw", which is a filed cap screw, and the "reinforced eyelet" that appeared in 2-STEP EVO.
11穴に8-9mm ダブルアルミを装着しています。11mmローラー穴に9mmローラーを取り付けるとバットマンがフェンスに干渉するので少しバンパーエンドを削っています。
アンダーローラーの取り付けは、キャップスクリューをヤスリで皿ビス加工した「30mmサラキャップスクリュー」と2-STEP EVOで登場した「強化ハトメ」を使って取り付けました。
Points
"Reinforced eyelet" is a shortened brass spacer. Please see 2step evo for how to make it
「強化ハトメ」は段付き真鍮スペーサーを短く加工したものです。加工方法は2STEP EVOをご覧ください
8. Variable roller system / バリアブルローラー
For front rollers only. Use a spring washer. Please do not use it for the rear rollers.
フロントローラー専用。スプリングワッシャーを使用します。リアローラーには使わないでください。
No countersunk screws. It will not return to the neutral position.
皿ビス不可。ニュートラル位置に戻りません。
Postscript
This was a little subtle. In many cases, the high speed slope immediately after the curve did not jump straight. Please refrain from using it. Please tighten the roller screws firmly.
追記
これはちょっと微妙でした。多くの場合カーブ直後のハイスピードスロープが真っ直ぐジャンプしませんでした。使用はご遠慮ください。ローラービスはしっかり締めてくださいね。
ですが一切動かない普通のリジッドバンパーに使うと良かったです。もし普通のリジッドバンパーの場合はローラーナット全締から1/8〜1/4回転戻しで使ってみてください。スプリングワッシャーも忘れずに…
