【カンドンブレー儀式で実際に使われるリズム＆ダンスの基礎ワークショップ開催！】
★信仰儀式でのリズム＆ダンス実演と基礎の練習。
★実演（10分）+リズム（25分）+ダンス（25分）+Q&A（30分) ※時間配分の目安です。
★ライブパーカッションに合わせてダンスの練習。
★カンドンブレーの儀式とリズム＆ダンスの繋がりについて解説。
★オリシャーと音楽・動きの関係を解説。
★どのオリシャーのリズム＆ダンスを練習するかは当日お楽しみ！
気になっていてもなかなか深く知る機会が無かったアフロブラジリアン信仰、カンドンブレー。カンドンブレーを実践する中で全てを学んで来た先生から、実際の儀式で使われるリズムや踊りを学べるチャンスです。

・Egbon Suel Ty Ògùn (Ile Àṣẹ Oní Ofẹ́lẹ́lẹ́：いざないライブでもカポエイラの先生として登場したTreinel Suel、前回もカンドンブレーの紹介をして頂きました。)
◎楽器無しでも参加可能です。当日はビリンバウをお持ちの方はバケータ２本ご用意ください。または菜箸でも！
◎狭い場所でもできる足の細かな動きを練習します。動きやすい服装でご参加ください。

★30分の質問タイム。

[ Workshop of the basic and authentic rhythm and dance of Candomblé rituals ]
★ Demonstration and practice of the rhythm & dance of the actual rituals.

★ Connection between Candomblé rituals and rhythm & dance.
★ Relationship between Orixá and music/movement.
★ Find out which Orixá rhythm & dance you will practice on the day of the workshop!
Candomblé, Afro-Brazilian faith that everyone was curious about but never had a chance to learn deeply about. The teacher who has learned everything in the Candomblé practice will teach you the rhythms and dances used in the actual rituals.

・Egbon Suel Ty Ògùn (Ile Àṣẹ Oní Ofẹ́lẹ́lẹ́: Treinel Suel, who taught us as a Capoeira teacher at our online class, and also introduced Candomblé on our last online session.)
◎You can participate even if you don't have an instrument. If you have a berimbau, please prepare 2 baquetas. Or even chopsticks!
◎We'll practice tiny leg movements that can be done in a small space. Please wear clothes that are easy to move around.
★ 1 hour of rhythm and movement demonstration and practice.
★ 30 minute question time.
★ Accompanied with English interpretation.
★ PDF handout included.
★ Recorded archive available.
★ Ask questions before and after the event in the exclusive Messenger group.
★ Questions can be sent to the teacher for those who cannot attend the live workshop.
