Being Into Long Skateboarding

【Day 519】

Another new lockdown restriction was announced today.

From 23rd August, outside excise will be limited to just one hour. This would impact all surfers in the Sydney area because one hour wouldn’t be enough to surf for most surfers.

Additionally, the lockdown will be extended until the end of September. It’s absolutely the toughest time ever since the pandemic started. 

That being said, I can’t help feeling that the situation will make a sort of fair situation for all surfers, and I hate my thought...

Recently, skateboarding is the only thing that I can show my enthusiasm. 

I like that I can spend my time with Natsumo, who is in the middle of teenage.

Usually, I use a surf skateboard to practice turns while imagining being in the water. But these days I started practicing long skateboarding inspired by her.

I asked her to shoot me stepping on the board today.

I thought I could improve my steps much, but she never accepted it. But it’s OK because it might make her more enthusiastic about long skateboarding.
