Squid Ink Paella

【Day 457】

My lower back still hurt, so I couldn’t swim as usual this morning.

I started thinking it’s herniated disc because the part I've felt pain is too low, and the back of my right thigh has been numb sometimes.

If so, I would have a hard time maintaining it for a long time. 

By the way, we went to the Spanish restaurant in Crows Nest with our family friend this evening.

The dishes of seafood were so good there, especially Squid ink Paella was excellent.

I know it’s quite a short diary but I can’t keep sitting anymore...
