【Day 493】

I watched the Olympic games sitting on the couch all day.

Mainly, I was watching the surfing game. It was a sort of historical day as the surfing game appeared in the Olympic games for the first time, and it was in Ichinomiya town, where I used to surf when I lived in Japan.

The waves didn’t look excellent but were still rippable. ALl Japanese surfers advanced to round 3, and the typhoon swell is expected to hit the east coast of Japan, so I look forward to it.

Other than surfing, 4 Japanese ended up getting gold medals.

Among them, Uta Abe, the gold medalist of Judo was quite special for my family. Because Natsumo looks like her!
