Stewed Beef Tendon

【Day 163】

I wanted to eat something Japanese taste so bad today.

I saw inside the fridge and thought about what I could cook. The block of the beef oyster blade was left more than 500g, so I decided to cook a stewed beef tendon.

The beef oyster blade has a lot of tendons and they are too hard to eat when it’s grilled. So I used a pressure cooker and stewed it well until it’s softened.

It’s looking good and tasted amazing. Also, it went well with Japanese sake brewed by Chiho.

 I was satisfied completely.
