Roast Beef

【Day 159】

Cooking a decent roast beef is really hard in Australia. Because a block of meat is quite big so that I can’t estimate an appropriate cooking time. 

Usually, I google Japanese recipe and the amount of the meat on it is around 500g. But I always use more than 1kg of beef here.

2 days ago, I burnt the meat too much, in opposite today I went too rare. I need to do PDCA little by little...
