Surfing With Ethan Ewing

【Day 403】

I surfed at Curl Curl as waves seemed to be relatively bigger than other spots today also.

The size of waves looked chest-high to sometimes shoulder-high, and there was a pretty strong side current there.

After I surfed for 15 minutes, I noticed that a very good surfer in the water. At first, I thought that he was just a good local surfer.

But when I saw the sticker of Billabong on the nose of his board and his style of surfing with his unique hand action, I was convinced that he was Ethan Ewing, who is one of the greatest surfers in the world.

I preferred watching his surfing closely than catching waves by myself. It was such a great experience.

After surf, I ran into him in the shower, so I talked to him. I was happy as he spoke to me kindly. He said he has been to Japan 4 or 5 times and he likes Japan.
