It's Too Often Mapo Tofu

Basically, I cook diner for my family every day, and I always make it extra for my kids' lunch the next day.

But I have felt it's lack of variety of the menu recently because I've pretty busy and haven't had enough time to cook. Additionally, my kids have so different like and dislike that it's hard to cook what all of them like.

The only one ingredient all of them like is minced meat, so I always stock it in the fridge and cook menu using it such as curry and rice, Chinese omelet rice, and Mapo Tofu.

Especially Mapo Tofu is a sort of essential of my repertoire.

My kids used to be happy when I cooked Mapo Tofu for diner before, but they never look happy with my Mapo Tofu. I think that's because it's too often. Today, they even show their depression. 

That's tough for me.
