Workout For Surfing

【Day 607】
I couldn’t go surfing today also, even though the waves got bigger as ridable at Curl Curl.
However, I did a sort of workout for surfing called "Surf Athlete" that I found on the Instagram ad and bought it for free.
This was the first time for me to try that kind of workout that is established using a certain strategy for surfers.
The reason I bought it was that I have felt my body has been getting weakened slowly as I’m getting old.
I wasn’t sure that I could satisfy enough as it was free training. I thought that to get satisfied enough with it, I would’ve needed additional charges.
However, it turned out to be completely satisfying.
There were various types of workouts such as mobility training, flexibility training, endurance training, stuff like that.
Those were a sort of circuit training and it took about 50 minutes to complete.
Every movement wasn’t so hard, but I was almost exhausted when I finished the circuit training.
I found that it was hard to rotate my body to the right because of a lack of flexibility.
To my surprise, I felt my body very light and lively after the workout. So, different from usual, I didn’t only cook dinner, but also washed all plates and glasses, and even cooked tomorrow’s lunch for Natsumo.
I’m sure that I would be able to improve not only my body condition but also my surfing if I kept doing it every day.
