【Day 489】

The team I belong to has held a sort of online exercise regularly since the pandemic spread.

Today, I joined one of those sessions, called 80's FIT Aerobics.

It was literally aerobics. The facilitator was wearing an authentic aerobics suit that reminded me of the '80s or the early '90s.

 I hadn’t done it before but I believed I could dance quite well.

While dancing, I noticed that Mihaya was shooting me secretly. I think it meant that the dancing daddy was absolutely funny.

Anyway, it was a nice workout.
