Boiled Pork

【Day 149】

I wanted to go surfing today, but unfortunately, waves seemed to be too weak to go, so I gave up. 

Instead of going surfing, I cooked Chinese style boiled pork for my lunch and for stock. 

The recipe for it is very simple. I used 1kg of pork meat, 4 cloves of garlic, 60g of ginger, 2 spring onions, 100cc of Chinese wine, 100g of sugar, 200cc of Soy sauce, and 400cc of water. 

At first, I sautéed the surface of pork, then I put all ingredients into the pot and boiled for 30 minutes. That’s it. It’s very easy and tastes great.

My wife might thank me because she can use it for our daughter's lunch and she doesn’t have to wake up early tomorrow morning!
