Cooking Okonomiyaki

My kids seem to be tired of eating my cooking recently because I don’t have enough recipes.

In fact, I have felt lacking in the recipes. 

So I decided to cook Japanese Okonomiyaki for tonight’s dinner.

I went to buy red ginger pickles, green laver, Okonomiyaki sauce, bonito, stuff like that.

It’s preferable to cook Okonomiyaki with a big hot plate but we don’t have it, so I cooked it with a flying pan.

I used minced pork instead of sliced pork as usual in Japan, but it ended up tasting great.

I intended to make a lot of it, but everyone liked it very much, so it disappeared in a minute.
