Like A Public Bathhouse

【Day 589】

It reached 35 degrees Celsius today. It felt like the summer arrived suddenly.

The ocean was getting calm and quiet, but I went to get wet anyway. Even waves were only knee-high range, it’s better to be in the water than do nothing.

The tide was coming in at that time, so waves were so fat that it’s hard to catch with a shortboard.

I saw one of the familiar Japanese surfers and Mathew, the Aussie guy who I met for the first time in the water.

Nobody became serious to catch waves today, so the atmosphere was peaceful.

I talked with them a lot, it felt like a public bathhouse in the water.

I thought sometimes surfing like this is good.
