Partly Lockdown

【Day 463】

This morning, the NSW premier announced that four LGAs, City of Sydney, Woollahra,  Waverley, and Randwick, would go into lockdown for a week at least, but where I live wasn’t the area, so I was relieved.

Well, in any case, going outside for exercises including surfing is considered as "necessary", that is what I like about Australia.

It didn’t go into lockdown here in North Sydney, my wife and I went outside for lunch at the cafe near us.

That cafe was pretty fashionable and its foods tasted great. I had mushroom gnocchi, and my wife had beef masaman curry. The cafe is on the basement floor of the flat, so I envy the residents of it.

By the way, term 2 of school has ended today.

It means that the long school holiday starts and lasts for two weeks, then I'm going to have to cook lunch for kids every day. And top of that, going surfing would be harder than usual from next week...
