Happy Quiet Halloween

【Day 223】

Happy Halloween.

Halloween didn't seem to be an exciting event much in Sydney. I think one of the reasons was COVID, but that being said the town was so quiet.

I saw a few houses decorated with imitation spiderweb, but that's all. I didn't see anyone who was wearing a costume, even only one kid.

Minori and Mihaya looked to be disappointed a bit, then they decided to do a trick or treat at home.

In the evening, Greg who lives 2 doors away in the same townhouse told us that he would give us a garden table set that he didn't use anymore. Minori and Mihaya followed us when my wife and I visited Greg's place. So they could do a trick or treat finally, they didn't say anything though.

Greg is a surfer who loves longboard surfing, and he always tries to let me try a longboard enthusiastically. He has a lot of beautiful longboards, so I want to borrow one of them and try one of them soon. Funny thing is that Greg always says that he has stopped going surfing currently because he has gained overweight and after losing weight he restarts going surfing.

The garden table set Greg gave us suits our garden. Now we don't need to buy it. We are so lucky!
