【投資初心者向け】新NISA向け割安株を見つけよう！④(Let's find valuable stocks in Japanese stock market④: for beginners)

さて、前回の記事までのお話は、
①年収３００万円会社員の私が会社四季報を読んで株式投資の銘柄を探し、
②34％の運用益の達成ができた(可能性がある)こと、
それに加えて
③PER,PBRと上向きチャートを意識した選抜、いわゆる”１軍リスト”を作成したこと
についてお話してきました！😊
今回の記事ではその1軍リストについての詳細をお伝えしていこうと思います😎
さて、おさらいしますとこの1軍リストには入れる銘柄の基準は
①チャートが上向きになっている
②PER＜10倍
③PBR＜1倍
の3点です。
これを含めて当時の私は以下の銘柄を選定しています！
それでもやっぱり素人の私です…
そんな私が選んだ銘柄はその当時は選んだ自信がなく、実際に購入する勇気もありませんでした…😫😫😫
しかしながら、現在その銘柄を振り返るとこの1軍リストは昨日の終値時点で
約20%の含み益を達成しています👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉
なんと！！！
またも含み益達成です😂😂😂
しかも今回は前回のオリジナル10よりも選定したのが最近ですので、より短期間での達成となります！！！😎✌️
ここからその1軍リストを大公開していきます！😁👏
みなさま準備はよろしいですか？？
それではドドンとどうぞ！！☺️☺️☺️
この1軍リストをそれぞれ100株買っていたとすると、必要だった現金は
約580万円になります…こんなに大金は持っていませんでした😭😭😭
さて、皆様気になるところは果たしてこの1軍リストが現在どのくらいの評価額かってところでしょうか？😎
そしてその結果は、ドドンとこちら！
そしてその総合評価額は…
な、な、なんと！！！！
これだけの銘柄数を選んでいて、驚異の含み益は約150万円！！！
そして合計損益約20％アップではありませんか！🎉🎉🎉🙌🙌🙌
(7745)A＆Dホールディングスに関しては当時の株価の2倍になっている、いわゆるダブルバガーを達成しています！！！✌️✌️✌️
ほかにも＋80%や＋60%など、大きく値上がりしている銘柄も散見されますね！☺️☺️☺️👏👏👏
この結果、しかもそれだけではありません…😎😎😎
実は、この中に2社上場を廃止している会社がありますね🤔
3646プロパティーエージェントと7905大建工業です😶
この2社はそれぞれ株式移転と完全子会社化という形での上場廃止となりますが、大建工業は子会社化される際に最終的な株価は1株2994円まで上昇しました！
つまり、最終的には100株で＋89300円の利益が出ています！🎉
また、プロパティーエージェントは5535ミガロHDの子会社という位置づけになり、親会社のミガロHDが新たに上場しました😎
この5535ミガロHD、実は昨日の終値はなんと4550円、プロパティーエージェント時代の1226円から270%アップ、俗にいう3倍株(トリプルバガー)に成長しました！！！！
プロパティーエージェント時代に100株1226円で購入しておけば、現在は＋332400円だったということになりますね～😂😂😂
私の年収の10%を超えていますね😇😇😇
しかしながら、当時よりも株価が下がってしまった銘柄があります…
また、実はもっと前に高値を付けていたのに今では下降相場になってしまったものもありました…
そこで次回は、株式投資を行う際に一番難しい、利益確定のタイミングについて考えてみます！🤔

Now, in my previous articles, I’ve discussed:

And how I created a “first team list” by considering PER, PBR, and upward charts.
In this article, I will share more details about this first team list. 😎
To recap, the criteria for the brands to be included in this first team list are:
① The chart is upward
② PER < 10 times
③ PBR < 1 times
With these in mind, I selected the following brands at that time!
But I’m still a novice… I didn’t have the confidence to choose the brands at that time, and I didn’t have the courage to actually buy them… 😫😫😫
However, looking back at those brands now, this first team list has achieved
About a 20% unrealized gain as of yesterday’s closing price. 👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉
What!!! Yet another unrealized gain. 😂😂😂
And this time, I selected it more recently than the original 10 last time, so it’s achieved in a shorter period of time!!! 😎✌️
From here, I will reveal that first team list! 😁👏
Are you all ready?? Then, here it is!! ☺️☺️☺️
Here is the bargain first team list!
If you had bought 100 shares of each of these first team list, the cash needed would have been
About 5.8 million yen… I didn’t have that much money. 😭😭😭
Now, what you all must be curious about is how much this first team list is worth now, right? 😎
Wha, wha, what!!! Even with this many brands selected, the astonishing unrealized gain is about 1.5 million yen!!! And isn’t the total profit and loss about 20% up! 🎉🎉🎉🙌🙌🙌
(7745) A&D Holdings has doubled its stock price at that time, achieving what is known as a double bagger!!! ✌️✌️✌️
There are also brands that have risen significantly, such as +80% and +60%! ☺️☺️☺️👏👏👏
And that’s not all… 😎😎😎
Actually, there are two companies in this list that have delisted. 🤔 They are 3646 Property Agent and 7905 Daiken Industries. 😶
These two companies have delisted in the form of stock transfers and becoming wholly-owned subsidiaries, but Daiken Industries had a public offering when it became a subsidiary, so the final stock price rose to 2994 yen per share! In other words, in the end, a profit of +89300 yen was made for 100 shares! 🎉
Also, Property Agent has become a subsidiary of 5535 Migaro HD, and the parent company, Migaro HD, has newly listed. 😎
This 5535 Migaro HD, actually, as of yesterday’s closing price, it’s an amazing 4550 yen, up 270% from the 1226 yen in the Property Agent era, growing into what is commonly known as a triple stock!!!
If you had bought 100 shares at 1226 yen during the Property Agent era, it would now be +332400 yen. 😂😂😂
It exceeds 10% of my annual income. 😇😇😇
However, there are brands whose stock prices have fallen since then… Also, there were some that had hit a high earlier but are now in a downtrend…
So next time, we’ll think about the most difficult part of stock investing, the timing of realizing profits! 🤔
