Equally opportunities

Many high school baseball directors, coaches do not equally give the players a chance. If some player’s technology is inferior, even in practice he/she will do only help work for team member, or in batting practice has fewer numbers to beat in the last group, or in practical exercise only do chores, for example runner. It may no choice if it before a game, but what I mentioned above lasts until graduation. It is a living hell.

Even though a player is not good, it is important that all the players give opportunities equally. If there are two games a day in practice games, not use same regular both game, something like first game use regular and second game use other players. Even in a batting practice, everyone should hit and defend the number of balls equally. Do not end the practice with a little time for inferior players who at the last group. All other exercises should give opportunities equally. You should judge based on that.

Do not equally give opportunities from the beginning, players who are removed from the regular when deciding regulars are not convinced. It is just being rotten. If you give opportunities equally and judge by the result, players will go to conviction and will do their best next time! autonomy is born here.
