生命力-Vitality-

最近、生命について考えることがある。

作品は線が全て。その線を生み出すには用具用材と古典との向き合い。

私の悪い癖だが、周囲を参考にし過ぎてネガティブになってしまうことがあるが、その分、臨書をする事で自信の無さと、途方も無い天井に挑むための勇気を補っているのかも知れない。

何が良いのかというのは、自然の中に隠されている。自然の中には爆発的な生命力がムンムンと漂っていて、それを黒と白の2色で表現するアートが「書」。リズムや肉厚。斬ったら血のほとばしるような線を描くことで表現が生まれる。それを毎日、筆を持っていようがいまいが研究し続けると見えてくる景色がある。それが、書の存在だと解釈する。

この先もし、独自の書道団体を立ち上げるのであれば、競書冊子を使って習字を教えるだけでは無く、外に出て、自然の生命力を吸収し、また倫理観を学びながら古典臨書の稽古をしたいとそう考えている。

書道を通じて「生きること」を私を含めて皆で考えていけたら、現代に生きる若い学生さん達が、更に夢を見やすくなることに繋がるかなと考える次第である。

Recently, I have something to think about life.

The work is all about lines. Training to learn tools and classics to create that line.

It's my bad habit, but sometimes I get negative because I refer to the surroundings too much, but by learning the classics, I may be supplementing my lack of confidence and the courage to challenge the tremendous ceiling. I don't know.

What is good is hidden in nature. "Calligraphy" is an art that expresses explosive vitality in nature in two colors, black and white. Rhythm and thickness. Expression is born by drawing a line that spills blood when slashed. Every day, whether you have a brush or not, you can see the scenery as you continue to study it. I interpret that as the existence of the book.

If you want to set up your own calligraphy organization in the future, you want to not only teach calligraphy using the competition booklet, but also go out, absorb the vitality of nature, and learn classics while learning ethics. I think so.

If everyone, including myself, can think about "living" through calligraphy, I think it will help young students living in the present age to dream more easily.
