This service means you can take your own high quality ID/Profile photos (used for passports, ID cards, SNS etc..) but without having to use photo booths or photographers.

Have you ever been in a hurry to get your photo taken in photo booth because of a lack of time or been disappointed with the photo?
To be honest, I was not very good at having my picture taken, and I have never been satisfied with the pictures taken at photo booths or photo studios. So when I was job hunting, I scanned the only photo I could get a good shot of and printed it out again and again...and again.
Based on my own experience, I came up with the idea of an ID photo plan that would be convenient for everyone. Where people can take as many photos as they want, and receive the data on their smartphones afterwards.
Self ID/PROFILE Plan of AJISAI STUDIO
Our studio's ID photo plan lets you take as many high-quality ID photos as you like in 15 minutes by yourself.
The shooting fee is 1,500 yen per person.
We take reservations for one person per hour, but you are welcome to have a friend or family member accompany you to the studio.
The background can be white, and you will receive 5 digital data and 1 printed copies.
*The gray and blue backgrounds are currently out of service.
Also, you can add the optional plans "Whole Images (1,000 yen)" and "Natural Retouching (500 yen)".
The "Natural Retouching" plan includes skin retouch and color tone adjustment for 1 image and will be sent to you within 2 business days.
Large corrections such as changing facial contours or the placement of facial parts are not available.
However, we can help you make your skin look as beautiful as a Korean-style ID photo by correcting rough skin, wrinkles, etc.

In the self-portrait studio, the photographer is you.

Our studio's ID/Profile photo plan includes 5 minutes of preparation time before the photo shoot.
There is a dressing room in the studio so that you can change into your Suit or Costume.
There is also a wash basin and restroom.
You can touch up your makeup, put in your contact lenses, etc., and be ready for the photo shoot in perfect condition.
Mirrors and hair stylers (straight and curly) are available in the shooting booth.
You can change your hairstyle and make-up during the photo shoot, and try out different styles.

Self ID/profile photos are taken in 15 minutes, and there is no limit to the number of photos you can take.
After the 15 minutes of shooting, you will be able to choose your favorite 5 photos from the photos taken and receive them as data.
The more photos you take, the more satisfied you will be with your photos!
You can also add the "Whole Images" plan after the shooting, so you don't have to worry even if you can't choose all of them.
▽ Flexible and customized services to meet your needs
ID photos are used for a variety of purposes, such as CVs, driver's licenses, passports, and so on.
We will be flexible to adjust the photo margins, seating position, posture, etc., based on your request prior to the photo shoot.
For passport photos, which have strict standards, we will guide you through the photo process to make sure that the photo meets those guidelines.
When retouching, we will listen to your requests and make every effort to meet your needs.
Before shooting, we will do our best to adjust the angle and height of the camera as much as possible to meet your purpose.
*We are not able to adjust camera settings or positions during the photo shoot. Also, it is strictly prohibited for customers to adjust the camera position or settings by themselves. In the case of equipment trouble, please let one of our staff know.
▽ Easy to take children's ID photos
We highly recommend that you take your child's ID photo at the self-portrait photo studio.
I recently saw a parent taking a certificate photo of her small child at a station photo booth, and it looked very difficult for her to properly correct her child's posture with only half of her body in the one-person booth.
In addition, since the photo booth takes the picture automatically, it may be difficult to keep the child focused on the shutter release.
At the self-portrait studio, you can press the shutter button whilst sitting next to your child. Since only the parents and the child are in the room, the child will feel at home and you will be able to bring out their natural and wonderful expressions.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our self-portrait photo plans.
Q1: Is it possible to take pictures in the correct posture and position?
A1.
Our staff will adjust the position of the chair, camera, and background before the shoot.
We will listen to your wishes and adjust the size of the margins and the height of the chair.
You can adjust your posture by yourself by looking at the monitor.
Although you will not be able to check the guide lines that show the center of your body as in a photo booth or receive advice from the photographer, we have received feedback from our customers that they were able to easily adjust their posture while watching the monitor and taking pictures by themselves.
Q2: Will my face and clothes appear brighter?
A2.
The strobe provides good lighting, so there is no need to worry about your skin or suit appearing dark in the photo.
You can add "Natural Retouching" plan to have your skin retouched and brightened, or you can make your own color adjustments to the data you receive.
