変化の空気で呼吸する
・発展途上国では住民が有毒なガスを吸入している、それとは全く対照的に先進国には清浄な空気がある
・先進国では再生可能エネルギーや持続可能な活動への取り組みが、徐々にコミュニティを高揚させ、より清潔で公平な未来に対する希望とビジョンを育んでいます。

文章中では「発展途上国」と「先進国」の対比をしています。
本文では「大気汚染に差がある」となっています。
確かに、インドの大気汚染が直接日本に影響を与えることはありません。
ただ、基本的に大気汚染に国境はないと思います。
従って、国境を越えた対策をしないと地球環境は悪化の一途をたどるでしょう。
特に発展途上国は人口増加の傾向にあります。
人口が多い分、影響や対策の効果もそれに比例すると考えます。
