おはようさんです
残り5日になりました
4半期の目標や習慣を作り
全力投球で努力してきましたが
その終わりが金曜日にやってきます
まだやり残したタスクが何個かあるので
後5日でできるだけ終わらせたいと思います
それから2週間の休憩後新たな目標と習慣を決め
また全力投球で3ヶ月走り続けていく流れとなってます
皆様はどのようにモチベーション保持をされてますか?
何かよい方法・習慣・裏技などあったら教えてください
ワクワクする楽しい目標をいくつか考えているので
決まり次第ここで報告していくかもしれません
次の四半期も楽しくなること間違いなし

✅Morning routine (Wake up at 5 am> ☕ > Scale me> Look at vision board/goals/self-image > Blogging and self development for 2 hour > Affirmation reading aloud for 30 min>Power Nap for 20 min > Walking and listening the audio book for 30 min > ☕ )

Good morning.
I am down to five days.
Quarterly goals and habits will be ended.
I've tried my best to throw everything I could at it.
That end comes on this Friday.
I still have a few unfinished tasks to complete.
I'll try to get as much done as possible in the next five days.
Then, after a two-week break, I set new goals and habits.
I am in the process of running for three months at full speed again.
How do you keep yourself motivated?
I'll keep you posted on my next goals and habits as soon as I decide on them.
I have a few exciting goals in mind
Next quarter is sure to be fun!
