▼今回の共通テーマは「まだ実現していない事柄を〈提案・命令・要求・主張・願望・推薦・勧告〉したり，〈当然・必要〉を表すときに用いられる表現です。

▼以下の動詞（V）や形容詞は， that 節の中の動詞のかたちに注意しなくてはなりません。that 節では，まだ実現していない内容について述べているので主節の動詞の時制や that 節の主語に関係なく，動詞の原形（原形不定詞）を使います（この用法は「仮定法現在」と呼ばれることもあります）。

[1] V＋that S + (should) do～
→V＝advise / agree / arrange / ask / command / decide / demand / desire / determine / insist / move / order / propose / recommend / request / require / suggest / urgeなど
ex) He proposed that she be invited to the party.
（彼は彼女をパーティーに招くことを提案した。）

[2] It is 形容詞 + that S + (should) do
→形容詞＝advisable / anxious / desirable / essential / necessary / urgentなど
ex) It is essential that every child be given sufficient education.
（すべての子どもは十分な教育を与えられる必要がある。）

▼なお，この原形の前に助動詞 should を入れることもあります。
ex) He proposed that she should be invited to the party.
ex) It is essential that every child should be given sufficient education.

[001] [that she saw]→[that she see]又は[that she should see]
[002] [is]→[be]又は[should be]

[001] recommend は〈recommend that S + V～＝SがV～することを勧める〉というかたちで使います。まだ実現していないことを勧めていますから，that以下のVは原形不定詞（又はshould + 原形）にします。よって，that she saw を that she see 又は that she should see に直します。
訳：もし彼女が一度も見たことがないのであれば，彼女に『ロレンツォのオイル』というタイトルの映画を見ることを強く勧めるね。

[002] demand は〈demand that S + V～＝SがV～することを求める〉というかたちで使います。まだ実現していないことを要求していますから，that以下のVは原形不定詞（又はshould + 原形）にします。よって，is を を be 又は should be に直します。
訳：私たちの社長は，その新しい受付係が話す際にもっと注意するように求め続けてきた。
