香りはレモンのような爽やかなシトラスに、マスカットのような甘い果実の香りが感じられ、爽やかさと果実の甘さのバランスが非常に良い。
口当たりは非常に滑らかで、味わいは香り同様シトラス感とマスカットのフルーティーさがある。
後味には、グレープフルーツの皮のような程よい苦味とほのかにモルティさも感じられれ、苦味と甘みの余韻を残しつつもキレがある。
「THE American Pale Ale」って感じです。

レモンのようなシトラスを彷彿とさせるアロマに続き、メロンやぶどうを連想する甘い果実の印象。雑味がなく綺麗な口当たりで飲みやすく、パイントでおかわり推奨？！フレッシュハーブや草のような風味に優しい苦みも◎。
シリーズの数が増えるごとに、表現の幅も湧きだすように広がり続ける巧妙なプレイリスト。ホップそれぞれの個性を活かし打ち込む多彩なメロディーは、類まれな審美眼を持つ、超越した彼のセンスあってこそ。いつでも飲む者たちの心を掴んで離さない一杯は、今後もゆっくりとリリースを重ね進化を続けていくだろう。
Our Hop Dude Producer has been hard at work in the studio, with upgrades, new toys and techniques (can’t afford to keep up with any of it tbh). Sidechain Series 05 amplifies the bitterness throughput with an ever-so-slight bump in Carapils and shines super bright with hints of melon and papaya and citrusy feels from additions of Indie Hops Luminosa hops. Also new to the Series is not using Incognito. We thought the lingering bitterness of previous iterations might have been from Incognito, but here we are having not used it but getting quite a bit on the backend nonetheless? For fans of the Series, we are eager to hear what you think - the first of many arrangements to come this Spring from our Hop Dude Producer (indeed, there are tons dynamite clear goodies on the way).
