(一言ジャーナリング風味チャレンジ0--)2020.03.18 軽量 (One-word journaling flavor challenge 0--)

無理やり気味に仕事を振り切り(それでも3hくらい残業したんだけど)、ほぼ1ヶ月ぶり久々のトレーニング。プレス系もプル系も上がらない上がらない。
体重はこの間大きな変動はないけどやっぱり鍛える必要あり。とはいえやっぱり辛くはない。ちなみにジム系の施設やサービスって最近の社会状況でも普通に業務中らしい。

おまけ:買ってから、国内字北海道から九州、デンマークに先日のバリ島まで9年間自分を守りつつ、世界を広げてくれた自転車の部品。ありがとうを
photo:色々あるようで残り物な夕夜食。カットサラダに値引きのホッケフライ、、レトルト麻婆豆腐、サツマイモパンにプロテイン。ちなみにおにぎりまでは食べられず翌日の朝食に。

I forcibly took off my work (still working overtime for about 3 hours), and after almost a month, a long time training. The press system and the pull system do not go up.
Weight does not fluctuate much during this time, but it still needs to be trained. Still, it is not spicy. By the way, gym-related facilities and services seem to be working normally even in recent social situations.

Bonus: Bicycle parts that have been protecting themselves for 9 years, from domestic characters in Hokkaido to Kyushu, Denmark to Bali the other day, and expanding the world since they were bought. Thank you
photo: Supper which seems to be various and remains. Cut salad with discounted hockey fries, retort mapo tofu, sweet potato bread and protein. By the way, it is not possible to eat until the onigiri and for breakfast the next day.
