相変わらず最近もBring Me The Horizonの音楽を聴いています。
先日はアルバム『That's the Spirit』から1曲目の『Doomed』を紹介しました。

そこで今回は同アルバムから最後の曲である『Oh No』を紹介します。
ここ最近気に入ってよく聴くようになった曲です。

Bring Me The Horizon『Oh No』

サックスのソロが印象的な曲です。
アルバム最後の曲ということもあって、アウトロの余韻が素敵です。
ミュージックビデオの意味はよく分かりませんが、独特の世界観を醸し出しています。
アルバム1曲目の『Doomed』が不穏な雰囲気だったのに対し、『Oh No』は穏やかな雰囲気な曲と対照的です。
コーラスも穏やかでいいんですよね。

ライブ盤の最後の曲も『Oh No』ですが、『Drown』から続くのがまたいいんですよね。
ライブバージョンということでオーケストラの演奏も素晴らしいですし、観客のコーラスも本当に素敵なんですよね。

また、「Radio Edit」と題されたシングルバージョンもアウトロが短く、余韻が残らない演出なのも素敵です。

歌詞の内容も中々に考えさせる内容ですね。
穏やかなメロディと対照的な刺さる歌詞というのがまたいいですね。
