trung thực 【漢越語：忠寔】= 忠実な、実直で真心がある。

một món quà
mộtは1つの。mónは品目、商品などを現す類別詞で、quàとセットで贈り物の意味になる。

đắt tiền <--反対語--> rẻ tiền
đắt tiền = đắt は高いの意。
tiền はお金。đắt tiền で高価。
反対語として使われているのがrẻ tiền.
rẻは低い、安いの意。
※người rẻ tiền = người は人。rẻ tiền とあわせて、安い人の意味。

Đừng mong nó
đừng は動詞の前に置いて～するな、の意。
mong は期待する、待ち望む。
nó は呼称詞であれ。
バフェットの言葉では、”あれを期待するな”→つまり前述している誠実さを指し、誠実さを期待するな、という意味。

từ những người rẻ tiền
từ は～から。を現す前置詞。
những は多量、多数を現す副詞。
từ những người rẻ tiền で多くの安い人々から。

＝English version＝

= honest

một món quà
= an gift.
"một" means "one". "món" is a classifier . "món" and "quà" use as a set, that come to mean "gift".

đắt tiền <--the opposite meaning--> rẻ tiền
đắt tiền =
"đắt" means "high".
"tiền" is "money". "đắt tiền" mean "expensive".
"rẻ tiền" is the opposite meaning. "rẻ" means "low".  
※người rẻ tiền = "người" means "people". "người rẻ tiền" means "cheap people".

Đừng mong nó
đừng = do not.
mong = hope sth, expect sth.
nó = that. (In Buffett's phrase, "Do not exist it"→ in other words, "nó" means "honest") 

từ những người rẻ tiền
từ = from
những = a lot of ~/ many 
tử những người rẻ tiền = from (a lot of) cheap people.
