Finding my share house

It has been a week since I arrived in Sydney. I feel I have already been in Sydney for a few weeks.I believe I can have a fulfilling time.

At first, it was really hard to find my room. My travel agency had explained to me that it may be difficult to prompt current room contracts, because many foreign students are coming one after another now.
Then, I started to look for my new room immediately after arrival. Fortunately, my current shear house has other Japanese people, and they help me to find the next room.
While I had gone to inspect, I experienced a culture shock, because there are some shear houses that look like a garage. Of course, such a house rent fee is affordable. Actually, I imply I don't care about house conditions if the room fee is cheap. But, I realized I couldn’t think it over. At the same time, I’m really feeling I had a very comfortable life in Japan.

However, Finding new room is really useful for practicing English for me. Because I am forced to communicate and text with the owner in person. Fortunately, I can find the next room.
I’m not sure whether someone who want to know how to find shear house in Australia. But, if there are such people, I recommend using “Gumtree” , “Flatmates” , “JAMS”.
When I used and sent a message on some website to find a room, I could reverently get a response from the owner on these three websites.
However, when you are looking for a room, you should check that when the ads are posted, because there are too many old one.
In addition, if you find some suspicious ad that doesn't show the room’s picture, or ask for too many bonds( more than 4 weeks rent fee), you must be suspicious of fraud. If the owner refuses to go inspection, it must be fraud.

So, my next task is finding my part time job.
I hope I can write an article about finding a part time job sooner.
