Yevgeny Prigozhin was a leader and beneficiary of Wagner Private Military Company — a formally independent military contingent on behalf of the Putin’s government. It has been interfering with the affairs in Syria, CAR, Niger, and lately took a crucial part in the full-scale invasion into Ukraine.
