１万人耐久配信まとめ（テキスト版）English

Temako

はじめまして、Temakoです。
「デビュー＆１万人耐久配信」という企画を掲げ、１８日間配信を続けたVtuberです。
１万人耐久配信の間に何をしていたか…資料としては配信中に話した切り抜きがあるんですが、Temakoのファンには海外の方もいらっしゃることと、文字に残すために１８日間の行いをテキストでもまとめることにしました。

Hi, I'm Temako.
I'm a Vtuber who set up a project called "Debut & 10000Subscriber challenge" and accomplished it in 18 days.
As for what I did during the 10,000 challenge stream... I have some clippings that I talked about during the delivery, but since some of my fans are from overseas, I decided to put together a text of what I did during the 18 days in order to preserve the text.

【５月１７日】
１：22時半耐久配信スタート 待機5人 同接30～50人

↑配信当日の朝の登録者数。先は長いが大丈夫だ、問題ない。

２：内容は自己紹介、せんべい、飴、耳かきのASMR

３：好きな歌手「ポルノグラフィティ」
好きな漫画「ポケットモンスター」と書いたら、海外リスナーが困惑してしまう
※海外ではポケットモンスターは隠語だから「ポケモン」と言うらしい。

１：22:30 Start of endurance stream. People on standby: 5, live viewers: 30-50

２：Contents are self-introductionASMR (rice cracker, candy, ear licking)

３：Favorite artist: Porno Graffitti
Favorite manga: Pokemon (when I wrote this, overseas fans became baffled)


【５月１８日】
１：起きたら同接が4人、10人登録者が減っていた

２：ゼノンさんとぷよぷよ中におんj、4chにスレが立つ

３：リスナーから聞いておんj、4chに行ってファンアートを見る

４：同接が350人+80人 おんj4chのVtuber板勢い1位だったらしい

５：この後15分ごとに凸Vtuberが立ち替わる企画「友達100人できるかな」スタート

６：同接100～200、登録者数1000人突破

７：Apexコラボ、kszkなので同接100人に減る

８：さきゅばのえちゃんと耳ペロASMR、人数は見てないけどおんjのスレが1.5個分のえちゃんで埋まる


１：When I woke up, there were 4 live viewers, subscribers dropped to 10

２：Puyopuyo with ゼノン, threads were created at OnJ and 4chan at this time.

３：Browsed OnJ and 4chan for fanarts

４：Live viewers reached 350+80. Became the most active thread on OnJ and 4chan (so it seemed)

５：Call-in event with other Vtubers. 15 mins for each Vtuber.

６：Live viewers: 100-200, subs: 1000

７：22:30 APEX Collab, I sucked so live viewers dropped to 100

８：Ear licking ASMR with さきゅばのえ. 


【５月１９日】
１：起きたら1300人。英語勉強中に1500人。おんjスレ11に突入。4chは次スレが2個できる

２：朝李とコラボの打ち合わせのコラボをする

３：「友達100人できるかな」で１日に31人のVtuberとコラボする

４：おんJと4chでファンアートを探すも、キーボードの文字が徐々に打てなくなり、パソコンもフリーズが頻発したため別のPCで起動。配信中におやすみ画面を作り朝を迎える

５：「PCが壊れた」と打つつもりが、キーボードが壊れていたので「Pus●yが壊れた」と打ってしまう

６：てまこスレパート15に突入

７：夜に上げたカビナスがきっかけでkbnsミームが生まれる

１：Woke up with 1300 subs. Increased to 1500 subs during English Study. Reached 11th thread at OnJ. Two threads were created at 4chan.

２：Stream a meeting with 朝李 for a collaboration stream.

３：Collaborate with 31 Vtubers in one day.

４：Browsed OnJ and 4chan for fanarts.
Keyboard key broke, the PC constantly froze so I booted another PC.
Made an idle screen for sleeping hours.

５：I wanted to type “PC broke” but my keyboard was broken so I accidentally typed “Pus●y broke” instead

６：Reached 15th thread (OnJ)

７：In the evening, I introduced kabinasu which became a meme later on


【５月２０日】
１：カビナスのミームが流行り、カビナスと友達になる。昼からファンアート探し

↑このカビナスとは配信終了まで共に生活することになった

２：17時から「友達100人できるかな」を再開。
企画中に何故かおんjが荒れたらしく、スパムの連投コメントが増える。
配信中始めてリスナー（荒らし）をNGにした。

３：夜に煎餅とキャンディと心音のASMR

４：この日から寝る時だけ配信PCを入れ替えることにする。昼用、夜用の２台体制で行います。切り替えの瞬間にちょっとドキドキする

５：ファンアートが100を超えたため、おやすみ画面がファンアートになる

※健康状態の異変:のどがかすれて音域が変わった。寝る時に少し動悸がする。脈が全体的に早い

１：Kabinasu meme became popular, became friends with kabinasu. Browsed for fanarts at noon.

２：17JST onwards: Call-in event again.During the call-in event, the OnJ thread was filled with spam and troll posts. For the first time, I refrained from visiting the thread while on stream.(3people)

３：Rice cracker, candy, heartbeat ASMR

４：From this day onwards, I switched to another PC before sleeping. Switching PC was a little heart-pounding

５：Obtained 100 fanarts so I decided to include a fanart slideshow for the sleeping idle screen.


※Abnormal physical condition: Got a sore throat, voice changed. Experienced palpitations while sleeping. Rapid pulse rate.


【５月２１日】
１：起きたら40人くらい増えていた。ありがとうございます。

２：英語の勉強デュオリンゴを勧められるも、繰り返しの問題が多くクロスワードのほうが好評だった


１：When I woke up, increased by 40 subscribers. Thank you very much.

２：English Study through Duolingo was recommended but the questions were repetitive so I preferred Crossword.


【５月２２日】
１：昼は英語の勉強。ピクトセンス、ぷよスポ、Among Usをリスナーと行うも、Among Usは非配信者のリスナーがボイチャを嫌うため、会議がスムーズにいかずインポスター有利のクソゲー化する

２：HaxBallが想定外に盛り上がり、HaxBall中にアジア代表の西村さんが降臨する。

３：王珍珍、宇宙あんずとApexで遊ぶ

４：ASMRの後、サブスクライバーの通知を追加する
（チャンネル登録した時、その人の名前が表示されるようになった）

※体調の変化：1.5キロ痩せた。朝起きたら声がガラガラ。


１：At noon, English study, Pictsense, Puyopuyo eSports. During Among Us, people didn’t join VC so the game didn’t turn out well.

２：Everyone surprisingly became fired up during Haxball. Haxball Asia representative, 西村, participated in the game.

３： APEX Collab with 王珍珍 and 宇宙あんず.

４：Add subscriber notifications

※Changes in physical condition: Lost 1.5kg.
My voice was raspy when I woke up in the morning.


【５月２３日】
１：英語の勉強、ぷよぷよeスポーツ、カウンターリアルタイム表示。

２：この頃、登録者数2000人くらいで疲れも見え始めグダグダ気味。


１：English study, Puyopuyo eSports, set up real-time sub counter.

２：Reached approximately 2k subs at this point.


【５月２４日】
１：知人が食べ物を郵送したため、「５日分の食料で耐久配信」のルールが崩れる。
代案として、Apex食費チャレンジスタート。１時間遊んで私がダメージを与えた数と同じ数字が翌日の食費になる。
一応プラチナですが、クロスプレイをオフにした環境でのSwitchプラチナなので、クロスプレイをオンにした途端にPCガチ勢にボコされて400円くらいしか稼げない。

２：おんｊのゲーム『関係ない部クリーチャー』で遊ぶ

３：ASMRが恒例の流れになる

４：寝てる間に3000人突破。新人Vutuberランキングに反映されて１３位になる。


１：My friend sent me some food. APEX (food expense challenge) started.

２：Played OnJ game “関係ない部クリーチャー”.

３：Decided to do ASMR regularly.

４：Reached 3000 subs while sleeping and reached 13th in the newbie Vtuber ranking.


【５月２５日】
１：Apex、ぷよぷよテトリス、タロット占いをする。

２：タロット占いでは9連続で逆位置を引き、0.2%を引き当てる。占い内容はTemakoの結婚運について。人間関係に注意。今のキャラクターだと結婚できないかもしれないと言われ、イメージチェンジのためにカビナス禁止令を出す(冗談)

３：新人Vutuberランキングで12位になる


１：APEX, Puyopuyo Tetris, tarot reading.

２：A fortune teller told me."Be careful with relationships. It seems the current Temako won’t be able to get married, ban kabinasu."

３：Reached 12th in the Newcomer Vtuber ranking.


【５月２６日】
１：カビナスを禁止した結果、クリームソーダくんのミームが生まれる。以後、Temakoリスナーはカビナス派、クリームソーダ派、ゲロテイン派の３つに分かれ、混沌を極めていた。

※ゲロテイン：Temakoが朝ごはんに食べた、ピンクのプロテインを少量の牛乳でデロデロにした物

２：リスナー参加企画で『escapio』を協力クリアする

３：ベネちゃん＋Temako＋リスナーでApex。
企業Vtuber『MUSUBIME』綿飴ユメちゃん枸杞乃ココちゃんとApex。
狼谷モルさんともApex。狼谷モルさんとはApex食費チャレンジを行うも、モルさんが上手い＝マッチングレートが高いため、みんなにボコボコにされる

４：新人Vutuberランキングで１０位になる


１：The result of banning kabinus is the meme of Mr. Cream Soda.

２：Cooperatively clear "escapio" with listeners.

３：Played Apex with ベネ,綿飴ユメ,枸杞乃ココ, and 狼谷モル.
狼谷モル is a good player, so the matching rate was high. I was beaten to a pulp.

４：：Reached 12th in the Newcomer Vtuber ranking.


【５月２７日】
１：声が明らかにおかしい(リスナー曰く、トランシーバー)のため「絶対に喋ってはいけないバイオハザード８」をする。罰ゲームはセクシー系ASMR。3回叫ぶが2回は操作ミス。1回はダメージ食らった時だった。

２：夜はASMR。ASMRは好評になってきた


１：Voice was weird since morning so I did Mugon Biohazard [Any form of noise is prohibited] (I will do a sexy ASMR depending on the number of times I screamed as punishment). Screamed 3 times, two of which were operational mistakes and one when I took damage.

２：Did ASMR in the evening. Listeners loved the ASMR.


【５月２８日】
１：無言バイオを続ける。
１回はロード時間中に「ロード長いな」と独り言を言ってしまいアウト。１回は操作ミス。
結局無言バイオで喋った回数は５回だった。
しかもホラー演出では１回も叫ばなかった。

２：FALL GUYSそっくりの謎のゲームでリスナーと遊ぶ

３：HaxBall大会を2VS2と3VS3ルールの２回行う。
HaxBallアジア大会代表の西村さんが来て、西村さんの圧倒的神プレイで優勝。

４：ボンバーマン買ってリスナー参加型にするも、突発的すぎてあまり集まらなかった（１部屋内８人）


５：配信１３日目で登録者数5000人を達成


１：Playing more of Resident Evil today.
One time I'm talking to myself during the load time, "That's a long load. The other time I screamed at a control error.
I ended up screaming five times.
But I didn't scream during the horror scene.

２：Playing with listeners in a game that looks just like FALL GUYS

３：I held a HaxBall tournament.
Mr. Nishimura, the representative of HaxBall Asia participated in the tournament. Mr. Nishimura won the tournament with his overwhelmingly divine play.

４：I bought Bomberman and made it a listener-participation event, but it was too spur-of-the-moment and didn't attract many people.

５：Reaching 5,000 subscribers on day 13 of the stream.


【５月２９日】
１：起きたらパソコンがフリーズしていた。恒例行事。

２：Youtubeのバグで登録者数が1000人減る
原因を調べたら、５月２７～２９日の間の増加が反映されていなかった

３：「Vtuberまとめ」に載る

４：動物タワーバトル、みんはや、ワードウルフをリスナーと遊ぶ。ワードウルフは通話前提なのでやりにくかった。

５：Vtuber＋リスナーみんなでAmong usをする
Temakoは１回もインポスターにならなかったけど、名推理でインポスターを当てる

６：Apex食費チャレンジで573円稼ぐも、企画が終わった後のマッチで500ダメ与える。悲しい

７：今までの企画の振り返り。まとめサイト効果か同接150人。


１：When I woke up, my computer was frozen.

２：A bug in Youtube reduced the number of subscribers by 1000.
I checked the cause and found that the increase between May 27th and 29th was not reflected.

３：My thread is posted on a website called "Vtuber Summary".

４：I played Animal Tower Battle, Minhaya, and Word Wolf with listeners. It was hard to play Word Wolf because it requires talking.

５：Vtubers + listeners playing Among us.
Temako didn't become the Imposter once, but she guessed the Imposter with a great guess.

６：I made $573 in the Apex Food Cost Challenge, but did 500 damage to my opponent in a match after the event was over. Sad.

７：A review of the event so far. Due to the summary site, the number of simultaneous viewers reaches 150.

【５月３０日】
１：Vtuber限定のぷよテト大会を開催するも、参加者が２人しか集まらない

２：リスナーと遊んだゲームkranker.io、トランプ、オセロ、Apex

３：Hax Ballの3VS3大会を開催するも、一昨日と似た面子が優勝。海外勢が強い。

４：登録者数4000人→１万人の耐久配信をした先輩配信者ゾンB子ちゃんを凸にお呼びする。長時間配信企画のあるあるで意気投合する

５：Vtuber同士でボンバーマンＲのコラボをする

６：Among Usの大規模コラボに参加する

７：ASMRで大根サラダを作るも、途中でムカデが部屋に入る。この日は寝る前の歯磨きまでASMR配信をするようになる。

８：新人Vtuberランキングで３位、総合で１７位になる

１：A Vtuber-only PuyoPuyo Tetris tournament is held, but only two participants show up.

２：Games played with listeners kranker.io, playing cards, Othello, Apex

３：I held a Hax Ball 3v3 tournament, but the same players as the day before yesterday won. Overseas players are strong.

４：I chat with senior streamer ゾンB子, who had a similar endurance stream to mine. We hit it off on some of the things that happen in long-duration streaming projects.

５：Bomberman R collaboration with Vtubers.

６：Among Us collaboration with Vtubers.

７：I make a radish salad with ASMR, but a centipede enters the room in the middle of it.

８：Ranked 3rd in the Newcomer Vtuber Ranking and 17th in the Overall Ranking

【５月３１日】
１：リスナーと遊んだゲームは575オンライン、HaxBall、ピクトセンス、マリオカート、Apex。
575オンラインでは３回しか使えない貴重な限定チケットが、脱糞ネタと荒らしに使われる。

２：ロックマン風ゲーム『マッマの野望』を遊ぶも、難易度が高すぎて今遊ぶタイミングではないと思い、早めに切り上げる

３：星を探す謎のブラウザゲーを遊ぶ

４：散々ネタとしていじられていたクリームソーダ君に生命を吹き込む。

５：クリームソーダに付けた顔が、HaxBallを起動させたら偶然広告のスイカにハマってしまう。

６：PixivにTemakoの記事ができる

７：私が8888人到達のスクショをするためのリスナーによる登録者数減少調整が行われる

８：9000人到達。触手の話しをしている瞬間に達成。

９：初心に戻るため、ASMRでナス炒めを作る


１：Games played with listeners were 575 Online, HaxBall, PictSense, Mario Kart, and Apex.
A valuable limited edition ticket that can only be used three times in 575 online was used for something silly.

２：I played the Mega Man-style game "マッマの野望" but found it too difficult. I quit early because I expected to play for a long time and thought now was not the right time to play it.

３：Playing a mysterious browser game that searches for stars.

４：Make a face for Cream Soda.

５：The face I put on my cream soda accidentally gets hooked on the watermelon in the ad when I start HaxBall.
A new character, スイカくん, is born and becomes a new meme.

６：An article about Temako was created on Pixiv.
Make a face for Cream Soda.

７：Reached 8888 subscribers.

８：When my Youtube channel reached 9,000 subscribers, I was talking about tentacles.

９：To get back to the basics, make fried eggplant with ASMR.


【６月１日】
１：朝起きたら登録者が9300人。カウントダウンが始まる

２：リスナーとみんはや、HaxBallで遊ぶ

３：２日の早朝に達成が予想されたので、夕方頃に仮眠を取り、9500人の瞬間を見逃す

４：Apexの予算が700円あったのでちょっと贅沢をする。
カビナスパーティのディナーはスイカ、クリームソーダー、焼きナス、タコ焼き、甘エビのから揚げ。

５：10000人が近づいた時の凸用企画を考える。
誰でも凸ができる形式の「祝電」にしようとしたが、
Temakoではなく、カビナスとファンの１人１人の力が大きいので「カビナスパーティ」にタイトルを変更。

６：カビナスパーティ、意外なことに凸がバンバンくる

７：忙しすぎて１万到達の瞬間をスルー
リスナー「笑ってはいけない」「ゆく年くる年」「トイレで年末年始を迎えた気分」


１：When I woke up, there were 9300 subscribers to my channel. The countdown begins.

２：Playing Minhaya(quick quiz), HaxBall" with listeners

３：Since the achievement was expected early in the morning of the 2nd, I took a nap around evening and missed the moment of 9500.

４：I had 700 yen budget, so I splurged a bit.
Dinner at the Kabinasu party was watermelon, cream soda, grilled eggplant, Takoyaki, and fried sweet shrimp.

５：Thinking of a plan when we get close to reaching 10000 subscribers.
The name of the project was going to be "Congratulatory Telegram", but
However, I changed the title to "Kabinasu Party" because the power of Kabinasu and each of its fans is greater than Temako.

６：Many listeners and Vtubers congratulated me at the Kabinus party.
The members of Prism Project also congratulated me.

７：Too busy to ignore the moment of achieving 10,000 subscribers.
Listener: "笑ってはいけない" "ゆく年くる年" "I feel like I spent the New Year's countdown moment in the bathroom."

【６月２日】
・動物タワーバトル、HaxBallなど、リスナーさんとたくさん遊ぶ

・うまぴちゃんのラジオ配信にゲスト出演する

・半月間の軌跡を振り返る

・カビナスパーティ第２部。たくさんのお祝いコメントを貰う。

・エンディングはさきゅばのえちゃんとASMR配信
彼女は登録者数500人の頃からずっと見守ってくれました

・おまけでファンアートを紹介。ファンアート総数、約850。

配信中はこんな感じで過ごしておりました。
以下、反省点です。


・食べ物はきちんと食べておくべきだった

最初、食料は「５日分だけ用意」というルールで、後半は飢えとも戦う予定だったんですが、正直過酷すぎました。知人から９日目に食料が送られてきたことを機にルールを変更しましたが、それでもやりすぎた感は否めないです。
１週間以上、長時間ストリームをする場合、毎朝歯磨きから寝る瞬間までずっとニコニコ…は難しいです。これはどんなに好きな仕事をしていても、旅行中であってもそうだと思います。１週間の間に必ずどこかで落ち込んだり、そうじゃなくても気分の上げ下げはあります。
私はそんな中で三大欲求の食欲を削ってしまったので、食べ物くらいは好きな物を好きなだけ食べる方がストレス解消にも、のどや体力を消耗する企画なので栄養的にも良かったなと思っています。
配信終了後「Temakoさんと似た企画やっても良いですか？」というDMを数通頂戴しておりますが、全員に「耐久配信は良いけど食事はきちんと食べてくださいね＞＜」と返していますｗ
私がまた似た配信をすることがあれば、食事は贅沢するねｗ


Reflection point.
・I should have had proper food.

Initially, I had planned to fight hunger in the latter half of the trip with a rule of "prepare only enough food for five days," but to be honest, it was too tough. I changed the rule after an acquaintance sent me food on the ninth day, but I still felt like I was overdoing it.
I had to cut down on my appetite, which is one of the three major needs in such a situation, so I think it would have been better for me to at least eat as much food as I wanted, both to relieve stress and from a nutritional point of view, since this project is very taxing on the throat and physical strength.
After the stream, I received several DMs asking, "Can I do a stream similar to Temako's?" I've replied to all of them, "Of course it's okay. But please eat properly."
If I ever do a similar stream again, I'll splurge on the food.

現在行っていることとしては、１万人達成直後は体調を理由にコラボ依頼を保留にしていたのでその方達に再度お誘いのご連絡をしております。
来週～７月中旬には色々と発表できると思います。
今温めている中規模な企画は、Splaoon対抗戦です。
リスナーもVtuberも楽しめる企画になっています。お楽しみに！！

As for what I'm doing now, I'm contacting those people again to invite them to collaborate, as I had put the collaboration request on hold right after I reached 10,000 subscribers due to my health condition.
