先生（スタッフ）探し

皆様初めまして。
いすみコミュニティースクールメンバーのみほです。
小学校１年生のお母さんをしながら普段は音楽活動をしています。
メンバーの2人がそれぞれ意気込みの記事をあげてくれておりましたので、私も投稿してみます。

最近私たちが話している中で、いすみコミュニティスクールで現在の大テーマが先生探しです。
来年4月のプレ開校（プレってなんだ？ってことで本開校になりそうですが【笑】）目指していますが、今のところ1人だけメインとなる先生とは話を進めています。
彼女は今現在、公立の小学校で教員もされている方で、いすみ在住の方です。
教育や私たちの活動にも興味を持ってくれています。
今後のいすみコミュニティースクールの循環、今回カリキュラム等サポートしてくださっている東京中野にあるTCS校の久保さんのおっしゃる言葉である、「カルチャーを作っていく。」ここにフォーカスしたときに、いすみチームとしても、先生探し、これからカルチャーを育てる中で力を発揮してくれる、教育に携わってくださる人材の育成も常にしていかなければいけないという話になりました。（終わりなき探求！）

開校をしてみて、実際にどれくらいの子供、親御さんが興味を持ってくれるのかわかりませんが、私たちとしてもガッツのある人材を探し続けています。

私たちも手探りの中日々色々なことを進めていますが、実際に蓋を開けたら、え？後5ヶ月半しかないじゃないか！ということで焦りと共にスピードアップをして行きたいと思っています。(_ _).｡o○

私も普段は自分の本業をなんとかこなす日々ですが、春までも色々タフな状況の中ではありますが、いすみの活性化、子供たちの夢をかなえるために頑張って尽力したいと思います。

実は私たちの夢でもあるのですが！！！！！！！

いすみという場所をハブに、外房にオルタナティブの風を巻き込んで、いいバイブスで行きたいと思います！

Nice to meet you all.
I am Miho, a member of Isumi Community School.
I am a mother of a first grader and a musician in general.
Two of our members have each given an article about their enthusiasm for the school, so I will try to contribute as well.

One of the things we have been talking about lately is the current big theme at Isumi Community School: finding a teacher.(staff)
The school will open pre-opening (what's pre-mean?anywhere) next April. So it's going to be the main opening ) we are aiming for, but so far we are in talks with one main teacher.
She is currently also a teacher at a public elementary school and lives in Isumi.
She is interested in education and our activities.( alternative education)
She is interested in the future of the Isumi Community School and the curriculum, etc., and is a supporter of the TCS school in Nakano, Tokyo. When focusing on this, the Isumi team also discussed the need to constantly search for teachers and train people who can play an active role in fostering culture and education. (The never-ending!)

We don't know how many children and parents will actually be interested in the school once it opens, but we continue to look for people with nice energy.

We are also groping our way through things day by day, but when we actually thinking April, we realize, "What? We have only five and a half months to go! So we are getting impatient, but at the same time, we want to speed up the process. (_ _). (___). o○.

I am also in a tough situation for my work, but I will do my best to revitalize Isumi and make the children's dreams come true.

Actually, it is our dream too. ！！！！！！！

With Isumi as a hub, we would like to bring the wind of alternative to the outer boso of the city and go there with good vibes!
