イギリスでも「あの法人」になり果てた富士通

去年、富士通Ｊａｐａｎのコンビニ交付システムが、複数の市町村でトラブルを起こして、サービスを止めたことについて、何回か書いた。
この記事で、宗像市と横須賀市の状況について書いたが、両方とも、去年中にシステムを再開していた。

システムの点検が完了したことについて、ニュースで報道されたような記憶が無い。富士通のサイトを見ても、総点検が終わって、富士通のシステムを使っているすべての市町村で、正常稼働しているという記事は無い。

最初の対応も、途中の対応の仕方もひどかったが、対応を完了したという報告も無い。全く、しまらない企業だ。

そんな富士通が、イギリスで起こした不始末は、コンビニ交付システム以上の大問題だった。

この記事を読む限り、富士通が「ヴォルデモート」呼ばわりされても仕方ないだろう。つまり、「あの人」ならぬ「あの法人」である。

「最も深刻で使用不可を意味するカテゴリーAを含む数千の」バグがある、富士通のHorizonシステムがなぜリリースされたのか、不思議に思う。魔法を使ってテストをすり抜けたのか？

日本の富士通のサイトを見ても、この関連の記事はない。富士通UKのサイトにも見当たらない。

隠し事の多い「あの法人」だが、日本のITサービス業界では、一位の売り上げだ。

これほど売り上げがあるので、少々のトラブルなど気にしないのだろうか？

Fujitsu has become “That corporation-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named” even in the UK

Last year, I wrote several times about how Fujitsu Japan's delivery system at convenience stores caused trouble in multiple municipalities and the service was suspended. In this article, I wrote about the situation in Munakata City and Yokosuka City, both of which restarted their systems within the last year.

I don't remember any news reports about Fujitsu's completion of the system inspection.
Even if you look at Fujitsu's website, there is no article stating that a comprehensive inspection has been completed and that all municipalities using Fujitsu's system are operating normally.

Both the initial response and the interim response were terrible, but there are no reports that the response has been completed. This is a company with absolutely no sincerity.

The mismanagement that Fujitsu caused in the UK was a bigger problem than Japan's delivery system at convenience stores.

After reading this article, it's no wonder Fujitsu is being called "Voldemort." In other words, it is not just "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" but "That corporation-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named."

I wonder why Fujitsu's Horizon system was released with "thousands of bugs, including the most severe and unusable Category A". Did they use magic to pass the test?

Even if you look at Fujitsu's website in Japan, there are no articles related to this. I can't find it on the Fujitsu UK website either.

Although "That corporation-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named'' has a lot to hide, it ranks first in sales in Japan's IT services industry.

With sales like this, does Fujitsu not care about a little trouble?
