お茶の水駅は工事中で好事魔多し（Too many "kouji"）

先日、天気がいいので、御茶ノ水駅まで行ってきた。いや、たまたま眼科の予約日の天気がよかったのだけれど。

前にも書いたが、この駅はまだ工事中だった。
２０２５年に工事完了ということなので、来年にまた検診のためにこの駅に来ても、工事中なのだろう。

１４時の予約で、その直前に病院に着いた。いつも通り混んでいた。１４時半に視力検査。１５時に視野検査。
その後の診察では、年齢相応の状態であり、来年また来てくださいと言われた。
支払いが終わったのが１６時過ぎだった。
だいたい、これくらいの時間はかかるのが常である。
待合室が広々としているので、待つのはそれほど苦痛ではない。

この病院にも、マイナンバーカードを読み取る機械が入っていた。
この記事によると、３割負担の人の初診料は、マイナンバーカードの保険証を使うと６円安いそうだ。

少ない額とはいえ、マイナンバーカードの保険証を持たない人が、多くの病院にかかると、不利益だと思う。

それに、この病院には毎年行っているにもかかわらず、用紙に氏名や住所や既往症や飲んでいる薬などを鉛筆で書くように言われた。
それらの情報は全く変わっていないにも関わらず。
病院がマイナンバーカードの健康保険証対応をしても、患者にとっては全く何の利便性も無い状況である。
この情報を、病院のオペレータは端末に入力するのだろうか？

チャーリーブラウンのように、少しため息がでる。

病院を出たときは、もう日が暮れかかっていた。
そして、よくあることだが、事故でＫＯ線の電車が止まっている。
とりあえず、新宿まで行って、いくつか買い物をして１７時半頃に新宿駅に行ってみると、ちょうど特急電車が来ていたので、乗ることができた。
電車の速度が遅く、普段より３０分も余分に乗ったのだが、座席に座れたので、今回はついていた。

翌日もＫＯ線では人身事故が起きた。
外出する人が増えると、事故も起きる、ということなのだろう。
最近、『あの病気』の感染者数が増えているのも、外出する人が増えたせいだろうか。

そして、今日、この記事を書くために、noteの検索機能「from:@note ID 検索したいワード」を使って、「工事」を検索した。しかし、下の記事が表示されなかった！

他の記事のいくつかは表示されたので、全くダメというわけではなかった。しかし困ることなので、noteの窓口には通報した。

些細なこととはいえ、好事魔多し。

Ochanomizu Station is under construction and lights are usually followed by shadows.

The other day, the weather was nice, so I went to Ochanomizu station. No, it just so happened that the weather was nice on the day of my appointment with the ophthalmologist.

As I wrote before, this station was still under construction. The construction will be completed in 2025, so even if I come to this station for a checkup next year, it will still be under construction.

I had an appointment at 14:00 and arrived at the hospital just before that. The hospital was as busy as usual. Vision test at 2:30pm and at 3:00 pm. In the examination after that, the doctor told me that I was in a condition suitable for my age and that I should come back next year. It was past 16:00 when the payment was finished. It usually takes this long. The waiting room is spacious, so the wait isn't too painful.

This hospital also had a machine that read My Number cards. According to this article, the initial consultation fee for those who pay 30% of the cost is 6 yen cheaper if they use their insurance card with their My Number card.

Even if the amount is small, I think it would be a disadvantage if people without a My Number card went to many hospitals.

In addition, even though I go to this hospital every year, I was told to write my name, address, medical history, medicines, etc. on a form with a pencil. Even though the information hasn't changed at all. Even if hospitals accept My Number cards as health insurance cards, there is absolutely no convenience for patients. Will this information be entered into the terminal by the hospital operator?

Like Charlie Brown, I sigh a little.

By the time I left the hospital, it was already getting dark. And, as is often the case, an accident has stopped the train on the KO line. For the time being, I went to Shinjuku, did some shopping, and went to Shinjuku station around 5:30 pm. The speed of the train was slow, and I got on the train for 30 minutes longer than usual. But this time I was lucky because I was able to sit in the seat.

The next day, another accident occurred on the KO line. As more people go out, more accidents are likely to occur. The recent increase in the number of people infected with 'that disease' may be due to an increase in the number of people going out.

And today, in order to write this article, I searched for "construction" using the note search function "from: @note ID word you want to search". However, this article did not appear!

Some of the other articles showed up, so it wasn't all bad. However, since it is troublesome, I notified the operator of note about the trouble situation.

Even though it's trivial,  lights are usually followed by shadows.
