A lack of female leaders is a serious problem in Japan

Compared with society abroad, less women thrive as leaders than other country. I suppose this situation lead some problems. In order to support my opinion, I would like to think about politics, discrimination and career.
First of all, there is unnatural number or gap between male politician and female. Politician is what we call leader in Japanese people because they are representatives of people who vote for any purpose. The number of man and woman is nearly equal. However, Not so much chief stand for in cabinet ministers. I wonder Japanese government could realize their policy that is from opinions not only men but also women.
Next, I think shortage of female unfortunately helps atmosphere of discrimination in our society. For example, people unconsciously tend to choose male as a leader in any situation. As Japanese common sense, it should be fair who is chosen as a leader.
Moreover, possibility of career for female have to be respected. Due to lack of leaders of female, there is potential leaders to be out of way of life even though woman has high ability as a leader. Great leader is not related which sexuality.
As a conclusion, the shortage of female leaders leads to lack of wonderful Japanese leaders. We should choose more woman as a leader, then, promote our society to be developed more.
