We pray for a speedy recovery for all those affected by the coronavirus. I would also like to express my condolences to those who have passed away. We also send our thanks and cheers to all those who work on the front lines.

We hope that a society divided by the coronavirus will be able to reaffirm the value of each individual's existence and recognize each other again.
　
It's times like these that I thought it was necessary, and I'll be posting a message once a day from our Haute Route ambassadors.

モチベーションを高める方法。

レースにおいては速さが求められる故に、競争相手に勝つために全力を尽くす。これは当たり前の話ですね。

「早く行きたければ一人で進め、遠くまで行きたければ皆で進め」

自分を取り巻く全ての方と「自然な距離感」を保ちながら、モチベーションを高めあうような関係づくりについて、ソーシャルディスタンスがクローズアップされるこんな時期だからこそ考えてみたいですよね。
