短編映画制作日記 #8 「一連のうんこ」 | Production Notes #8 "A Series of Poops”

A scene of guitar playing that appears in the scenario. That would be about 10 scenes. In other words, I will be creating 10 original songs. Once again, I asked Shinya Kiyokawa to write the songs. Except for the existing songs in my films, all the original songs in my films have been written by Kiyokawa. The first song, on page 6 of the script, is titled "Sleeping Blues". A lame title. Exquisite. And the second song, on page 7 of the script. The title is "A Series of Poops. I felt like he already threw a fastball at me with the title. I say "series" because this scene is a "series" of "poop". (You can see it in the video.) Play it. Laughing. Play it one more time. Laughter. I gave Kiyokawa a quick OK, and wrote back to him that it was a great song. I immediately sent it to the actors. I thought I was going to get a strange reaction for handing out a bunch of stupid songs, but I got a cool reply: "Okay. I'll try my best to practice" was the cool reply. This reply was also hilarious. Please wait for a while until the poop song is released. To be continued.

シナリオの中に登場するギターの弾き語りのシーン。それは約10シーンになる。つまり10曲のオリジナルソングをつくることになる。その曲づくりは今回も清川進也にお願いしている。僕の映画の中の曲は既存曲を除いて、オリジナルの挿入曲はこれまで全て清川の手によるものだ。そして昨日、ほらよっとばかりに10曲送られてきた。1曲目、脚本の6ページ目の曲「寝起きのブルース」とタイトルがついている。ダサいタイトル。絶妙。そして2曲目、脚本の7ページ目の曲。タイトルは「一連のうんこ」。すでにタイトルでど真ん中の豪速球を投げてきた感じ。一連の、というのはこのシーンが「一連の」「うんこ」になってるから。(映像になるとわかるはず) 再生。爆笑。もう一回再生。爆笑。清川には一発OKを出し、名曲であると書き添えて返信する。早速、役者に送った。くだらない内容の楽曲達を渡してさぞかし神妙なリアクションが返ってくるかと思いきや「わかりました。練習頑張ります」というクールな返信。この返信もまた爆笑。うんこの歌は公開までしばらくお待ちください。つづく。
