３月から４月へ。今年は暖かくなるのがゆっくり、桜もゆっくり。温暖化と言われて久しいけど、わたしが小さい頃はこれぐらいだったんだろうか。今週末満開のところが多いのかな、長く楽しめるといいな。

It’s so much fun to going out as a group from time to time. This time five of us went to Koriyama city. Although quite a few places are unexpectedly closed, we had a good time eating, chatting, walking, and had many great laughs.

Two classes in the morning, two one-hour drives, and work at the cafe. Even though there’re always some things I think I can improve, I’m happy that I can say good job to myself. It was another happy day with a lot of laugh, seeing familiar faces and customers spending nice time. It’s hard that I can’t help thinking if I can see him next weekend.

I had a great time working at BO/OK, a new art book shop & gallery of N-san. It’s a very cool, beautiful place and feels so good and exciting just being there. I once again admire her professionalism and her aesthetic. Plus, It was nice spending all day in down town Nara-city, seeing familiar faces.

Beautiful sunny day. I had a class at käsi after a while welcoming a new student! It was for the first time that this three of us having a class together, but there was a very good mood among us throughout the class, and I felt like the next time will be more fun. Hopefully all of us (us?) will be able to have more confident and develop our English skill.

Between a class in the morning and two classes in the afternoon, I took a walk to a park with my mom to see how much cherry blossoms have bloomed. It was still around 30-40%, so although we’ll have some rainy days, hopefully we can enjoy it longer than usual. It was a pleasant one-hour walk.

Finally I got to see the movie “Oppenheimer” at a movie theater. I have a mixed feeling, but the massive conflict he had, what scientists can do to world, and the swirl that people can create that the movie showed were overwhelming. It’s almost silly that all of that was what human beings did, and we’re still doing it. People who manipulate the people are bad, but the people who blindly believe something can be worse. At the end of the day, what I can do is trying to be peaceful and kind to people around me as much as I can. But overall, I’m glad to see my favorite director’s new work. I would’ve liked it more with Zimmerman’s music, though.
