(Hebrews 5:7) Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
(ヘブル5:7）その肉の時代に、自分を死から救うことのできる方に向かって、強く泣きながら祈りと願いをささげ、恐れていたことを聞き入れられた方です；

Prayer is a very spiritual activity we must do every day. The Bible speaks of several kinds of prayer. If you are in pain, pray for the Bible says, “is any among you afflicted? let him pray” (James 5:13). Any time I pray with my emotions, tears, and everything in me, I receive instant results.　
祈りは、私たちが毎日行うべき非常に霊的な活動です。聖書には、いくつかの種類の祈りが書かれています。聖書には、「あなたがたのうちで、苦しんでいる者があれば、その者に祈らせなさい」（ヤコブ5：13）と書かれています。私が感情、涙、そして私のすべてを込めて祈るときはいつでも、すぐに結果が出ます。

Sometimes in less than thirty seconds, I see the full manifestation of what I was praying for. Looking at Hebrews 5:7 carefully, you will notice the writer is talking about when Jesus lived physically on this earth. He explains in the scripture that he did four things that produced results for him.　
時には30秒もしないうちに、祈ったことが完全に現れるのを見ることができます。ヘブル5:7をよく見ると、作者はイエスがこの地上で肉体的に生きていた時のことを話していることに気づきます。彼はこの聖句の中で、イエスが結果をもたらす4つのことを行ったと説明しています。

He offered up prayers and supplication accompanied by strong crying and tears. Number one; he prayed, number two; he added supplication, number three; he added strong crying, and finally; with tears.　
強く泣き、涙を流しながら、祈りと願いとをささげた。1つ目は祈り、2つ目は祈り、3つ目は強い叫び、そして最後に涙を伴った。

The Father answered his prayers because he is a compassionate Father. He will attend to you speedily as you spend time in prayer. Remember God respects your emotions. Offer up prayers and supplications with strong tears and crying today so that you can receive quick results. Halleluyah!
