アンサール・アッラーの司令官サイード・アブドゥル・マリクの演説(2月1日)

イスラエル軍のガザへの攻撃が思いのほか長くなったので、ずいぶん前のことのように感じる。「フーシ派」として知られるイエメンのアンサール・アッラー運動(アンサララ)の軍隊が、紅海を航行するギャラクシー・リーダー号の甲板にヘリコプターで降り立ち、イエメンの港に船舶を航行させた時に、それまでの事情を知らない大多数の人々が「フーシが海賊行為」と驚いたり憤慨したりしたのは去年(2023年)11月19日のことだ。

アンサララはイスラエル軍のガザ攻撃当初から、イスラエルがジェノサイドを実施するガザの抵抗勢力への後方支援として、人道支援がガザ域内に必要なだけ搬入されること[事実上の恒久停戦]を要求して行動を開始していた。最初の頃はイスラエルに向けたミサイルやドローンを途中で[サウジに]インターセプトされ、ほとんど目標に達することができずにいたように思う。

そうした出来事を追いながら、徐々に理解したのは、メインストリームの世界情勢コンテキストにおけるアンサララの奇妙な位置付けだ。

反体制軍として「フーシ派」と揶揄されるアンサール・アッラー運動は、イエメンの人口の80％が住む地域を統治している。旧来の首都サナアもそこにある。一方、イエメン共和国として国際的に認知されている政府は「領土」のサイズこそアンサララ統治地域より広いが、地形地図で見るとそのほとんどは山岳と砂漠のようだ。軍事的にも、陸海空、旧イエメン軍の全てをアンサララが維持管理している。国とはなんだろうと考えてしまう。領土なのか、国民なのか。また様々なイデオロギーの政治運動の集合体であり、政治局には社会主義者さえいて報道官など重要な役割を担っている。さらに2014年に始まったイエメンの内戦は2022年春から休戦状態になっているが、事実上まだ終わっていない。このような複雑な状況を率いるリーダーはどんな人だろうと興味がわいた。

20万人が投票に参加したというある調査で、ムスリムに最も影響力のある人物としてアンサララ運動のリーダー、サイード・アブドゥル・マリクが第1位に選ばれたという。彼がどんなことを話すのかに興味を持ち、いくつか英訳を読んでみた。そのうち2月1日の演説を共有したい。

Highlights from Sayyed Abdul-Malik’s speech (AnsarAllah Commander) regarding the latest developments in the Red Sea (Feb. 1, 2024)

Sayyed Abdul-Malik begins his speech by reminding us of the cruel crimes committed by the Israeli entity against our people in Palestine, he highlights the US’ complicity throughout of this. He also emphasizes that the US’ bears fully responsibility for the defunding of UNRWA.

And he also says the constant bombardment of UNRWA facilities is yet another example of the US’ moral bankruptcy— the one whose media outlets aided in the conspiracy against UNRWA. I’ll highlight the developments below.

“When America implicated itself, along with Britain, they placed themselves in an impasse wherein their ships, battleships, and its their hostile movement continue to be targeted.”

“Whoever coordinates with the naval forces crosses without any problem. But sometimes the American intervenes to create problems on some ships. The American, on several operations, was exposed attempting to sow worry on some ships.”
