At the end of last year, during the filming of the drama, I was having dinner with Ryuhei and we had a conversation where he told me that it was going to be a great drama, and then I said, ``Areyoareyo.''

デジタルとのセット販売が決まり、辞書「大渡海」の編集作業も大詰めとなる。池田エライザ演じるみどりは、馬締（野田洋次郎）に、歴代の編集者や松本先生（柴田恭兵）が集め続ける100万枚の用例採集カードが眠る資料室を案内される。

　一方、宮本（矢本悠馬）と“究極の紙”作りに試行錯誤しながら2年の歳月が流れ、刊行はいよいよ来年2020年に迫る。最後の抄造テストをむかえる中、みどりはある重大な問題に気づいてしまう。
